将金属粉末、合金元素（如铁粉、石墨、硬脂酸锌）按

比例混合，确保均匀性。配好的材料在双锥混合器内以

19～21r/min的转速混合30～35min，制成混合料。

承加一次油可以使用较长时间，常用于加油不方便的场合。这种轴承发明于20世纪初，因其制造成本低、使用方便，得

到了广泛应用，现在已成为汽车、家电、音响设备、办公设备、农业机械、精密机械等各种工业制品发展不可或缺的一

类基础零件。

Sintered bodies made mainly from metal powders by powder metallurgy are inherently porous and have technical advantages such as the ability to

freely adjust the number, size, shape and distribution of pores during the manufacturing process. By taking advantage of the porosity of the sintered

body, it is impregnated with 10% to 40%(by volume) of lubricating oil and used in a self-supplied oil state. During operation, the temperature of the

bearing rises. As the expansion coefficient of oil is larger than that of metal, it automatically enters the sliding surface to lubricate the bearing.

Oil-impregnated bearings can be used for a relatively long time after being oiled once and are often used in situations where oiling is inconvenient. This

type of bearing was invented in the early 20th century. Due to its low manufacturing cost and ease of use, it has been widely applied and has now

become an indispensable basic component for the development of various industrial products such as automobiles, home appliances, audio

equipment, office equipment, agricultural machinery, and precision machinery.

粉末冶金含油轴承（ 含油轴承 ）是一类孔隙中含浸有润滑油的多孔性合

金制品。当轴旋转时，因轴与含油轴承之间的摩擦使含油轴承的温度升高和泵

吸作用。润滑油含渗出于含油轴承之内径或外径的摩擦表面，当轴停止转动

时。润滑油又回流于含油轴承内部。因此，润滑油的消耗量是非常的小，可在

不从外部供给润滑油的情况下，长期运转使用。非常适合于供油困难与避免润

滑油污染的场合。含油轴承大量的应用于：电机行业、家电行业、数码产品、

办公设备、电动工具、纺织机械 、包装机械等各类机械设备上。

Powder metallurgy oil-impregnated bearings (oil-impregnated bearings) are a type of porous alloy

products with lubricating oil impregnated in the pores. When the shaft rotates, the temperature of

the oil-impregnated bearing rises due to the friction between the shaft and the oil-impregnated

bearing, as well as the suction effect of the pump. When the shaft stops rotating, lubricating oil

seeps out of the friction surface of the inner or outer diameter of the oil-impregnated bearing. The

lubricating oil flows back into the oil-impregnated bearing again. Therefore, the consumption of

01 含油轴承的含油率是根椐一个公式算出来的含油率与含油轴承总重量没有关系﹐含油率只是轴承内部的一个含油比﹐我司是用酒精灯燃烧

一定时间﹐在放在天秤上称重量﹐在利用工式来计算:) 含油率 =(燃烧前重量-燃烧后重量)/燃烧前重量

The oil content is merely an oil ratio inside the bearing. Our company uses an alcohol lamp to burn it for a certain period of time, then weighs it on a

balance and calculates it using the formula :) Oil content =(weight before combustion - weight after combustion)/ Weight before combustion

02 指孔隙的体积占轴承体积的比例，最基本的方法就是排水法。先测产品未含油的重量(如含油可将其燃烧掉，但Fe\\Cu基的氧化带来误差)，

再测含油重量和在水中的重量，可测出含有重量。

轴承浸完油后的重量；◎水中重：为铜轴承先过洒精后在水中的重量（过洒精只是像用水清洗一样）；◎净重：为铜轴承用洒精燃烧后在

空中的重量。
