感谢阁下使用本公司系列开关电源产品,为确保电源正常工作请按以下说明要求使用:
1.输入
1.1输入电压
使用前需先确认输入电源是交流、直流、电压范围、输入切换的方式以及其它外在需配合的条件,假如输入电压超出使用范围,将有可能造成电源供应器的损坏,另虽然输入电压在使用范围内,但输入电压波形是失真的波形,电源供应器也有可能无法正常运作。
1.2输入电流
标准的电源供应器通常从交流输入直接整流,而且大部分都是电容滤波,于是就会有无效电流流经滤波电容。输入电流值与输出功率、输入电压、功率因数和效率的关系式是:输入电流=输出功率/(输入电压\*功率因数\*效率)。开关电源的功率因数典型值一般介于0.4\~0.6之间。
1.3突入电流
当电源加入电源供应器时,会有峰值电流流经内部的输入滤波电容器,这电流称为"突入电流"突入电流的大小与输入起动时间及有无突入电流抑制回路有关。大部分开关型稳压电源的突入电流抑制器是使用热敏电阻,冷机时高阻抗抑制突入电流,热机时低阻抗以减少损失,故应尽量避免工作时开关电源。以平常状态的输入电流来比较,会有数倍至数十倍大的突入电流。另外多台使用时,突入电流会增加,所以选择输入配线、保险丝或开关时,必须留意其瞬间耐电流量。
1.4输入保险丝
开关型稳压电源内部有保险丝保护,万一保险丝熔断时,内部一定有异常状态产生,如更换保险丝(型号,规格需相符),电源亦无法恢复正常,此时请连络供应商送修。
2.输出
2.1最大输出功率
最大输出功率值规定为输出电压\*输出电流,当提升输出电压时,输出电流应降至最大输出电流值以下使用。(多组输出时,某些输出可使用至输出电流范围的最大值但总输出功率不得超出表示值)
2.2过电流(过负载)保护
电源输出电流超出额定电流时,保护电路动作。
2.2.1保护方式
A.过负载时电流与电压依比例下降。B.过负载时电流保护一固定值电压依比例下降。C.过负载时电流愈高,电压依比例愈低。D.过负载时电流保持一固定值,电压快速下降。
2.2.2恢复方式
A.解除过电流(过负载)状态后,自动恢复。B.解除过电流(过负载)状态后,重新开机。
2.2.3注意事项
请避免长期的过载或短路,会造成电源供应器寿命减短或损坏。
2.3过温保护
过温保护是因为环境温度过高,过载或电源供应器异常时(例如风机损坏),造成内部温升过高,过温保护时,需先排除故障原因,待内部温度降低后自动恢复或重新开机。
3.安装接线配线连接
3.1.1环境、散热
A.每一台均有适当的通风环境远离腐蚀性空气和物体的接触,避免电源内部进水。B.正确的组装方向及位置。一般为平放和侧放,不可倒置。电源外壳与障碍物保持50mm以上空间距离。C.多台使用时,须有足够的空间.电源之间的空间距离不要小于50mm。D.强制空气对流可有效改善热源(例如风机)。
3.1.2输出减额
输出功率依操作温度,需降低电源的输出功率(详见产品规格书中负载减额曲线图)。
3.1.3固定螺丝当组装电源时,须确认螺丝长度及扭力,以确保绝缘和稳定度。
3.2接线
3.2.1电源交流输入“火线”“零线”接口标示分别为“L”“N”
3.2.2输出直流“正极”“负极”接口标示分别为 " + \boldsymbol { \mathsf { V } } ^ { \prime \prime } “-V、COM”
3.2.3多路直流输出电压标示分别为: { } ^ { \ast } { + } \mathsf { V } \bot . 、+V2、+V3、+V4”“-V1、-V2、-V3、-V4”等或直接标示电压值。多路正、负极公共端口标示为“COM”
3.2.4电源接地标示为“L:火线、N:零线、(FG)安全地线、-V(COM)输出电压负端、+V:输出电压正端、VADJ:输出电压调节”。
3.3配线和连接
3.3.1输入和输出配线
A.输入,输出宜分开配线,以避免输入之突波或输出之连波互相干扰。B.输出线宜使用粗短的配线,并符合耐电流量。(在负载端加一小容量电容,能有效的去除干扰)3.3.2接地
用粗短的配线,连接电源的地端与设备的机架可确保安全和防止杂波干扰与漏电流。
3.3.3最低负载需求
多组输出的电源供应器,为了确保副回路(CH2\~CH4)的电压的稳定性,必需在主回路(CH1)的输出上加一负载,它的最小值不可低于-额定值。
3.3.4低温使用
电源供应器如使用热敏电阻为了突入电流抑制或一些交换元件易受温度影响,会造成低温下无法启动,可参考以下方法:A.保持常开状态B.使用加温器使环境温度升高C.降低负载
4.安全
一般来说电源供应器是为了与其它机器搭配使用而制造的特殊直流稳压电源,为避免内部高压与高温适合组装于其它机器内使用。
A.电击危险一般电源供应器的输入与输出经由变压器绝缘,初级电路具有2\~4倍AC输入电压之可能,非专业技术人员禁止拆装本机。
B.高温危险:电源供应器在全载工作时内部零件温度有超过100℃的可能请勿碰触且远离易燃品。
5.送修
故障送修前请先确认下列事项
A.因接线不良造成输入开路或输出短路:确认接线无误。B.因调整时突然无输出将VR旋转到中间后重新开机。C.确认110/20V开关正确,ON/OFF开关切至ON。
D.过载使用:降低负载或确认负载电流重新开机,如恢复正常则可能系过载。E.端子螺丝请锁紧。F.附上一张故障说明书,可使本公司维修人员易于判断和分析。
G.安装使用过程避免激烈碰撞,自行拆卸电源内部结构或人为损坏的不给予保修。
选用开关电源的注意事项:PurchaseNotes
① 根据使用方法或设备预留空间选择合适的产品类型及外形尺寸。如:AC-DC、DC-DC、机壳型、防水型、防雨型和导轨型等。
② 根据输入电压和各路输出电压、电流查找相应的规格。
③ 多路输出时着输出各路电压是否需要共地,并且根据各路负载特性(纯组性、容性、感性)和功率变化范围确定主回路电压,一般应以输出功率大,电压精度要求高的为主回路。
④ 电源出厂以前加组性负载进行测试,若需用在容性或感性为负载时,应事先在订货合同中加以说明。
⑤ 根据自身设备需要确定产品的输出纹波噪声、负载稳定度、电压稳定度等指标
⑥ 根据实际使用环境的温度、湿度、海拔高度、振动等选择性价比合适的电源。
⑦ 本说明书中的产品如不能满足您的要求,请您提出较为详细的技术要求以便制定满足您的实际需要的产品。
