香港線路板協會 (HKPCA) 於 2000 年成立的行業協會。本會乃世界電子電路理事會 (WECC) 成員，有助與海
外線路板團體聯系和交流，WECC 其他成員包括 CPCA、EIPC、ELCINA、IPC、IPCA、JPCA、KPCA、
THPCA 和 TPCA。作為唯一代表香港 PCB 行業的協會，本會旨在促進和維護線路板行業的權益，為業界提
供多元化的交流平台，加強本地、海外同業的溝通，並代表業界向政府及其他有關團體表達意見。為向會員
提供更優質服務，本會設立不同委員小組，統籌多方面活動。我們希望透過年度展覽會、季度會刊以及技術
研討會，讓會員可以了解當前的市場與趨勢、深入探討各種技術創新。本會每年專訪香港及華南地區的主要
制造商及設備供貨商，搜集數據制作市場調查報告，希望為會員提供可靠信息，協助籌劃業務發展及技術提升。
本會亦會參加各國舉辦有關線路板行業的會議和展覽務求取得更多市場資訊與會員分享。因本會大部分會員
在中國內地均設有生產基地，故本會一直努力搜集中國政府頒布的政策、環保法規和海關條例並與會員分享。
為促進會員商機及發展，本會積極在中港兩地組織各種技術講座、商務研討會、培訓、大型會議及展覽會等活動。
HKPCA is founded in 2000 by a group of Hong Kong PCB manufacturers. We are also a member of the
World Electronic Circuits Council (WECC), which allows us to maintain closer connections with overseas
printed circuit associations. Other WECC members include: CPCA, EIPC, ELCINA, IPC, IPCA, JPCA,
KPCA, THPCA and TPCA. As the unique representative of the Hong Kong PCB industry, we aim to promote
and maintain the rights and interests of the industry. The role of the association is to liaise and facilitate
communication within the PCB industry locally and internationally through a diversified communication
platform. HKPCA also represents the industry by providing our ideas and opinions to the government and
relevant organizations. To provide better services, different sub-committees have been set up to organize
activities for our members. We hope to keep members updated with current market trends and expand their
knowledge in advanced technology through our annual tradeshow, quarterly publishing, frequent training
and seminars. HKPCA publishes an annual market survey report after interviewing key manufacturers and
equipment suppliers in the industry within Hong Kong and South China. Through the report, we hope the
information can assist enterprises to develop their business and technology required in the industry. We
attend relevant conferences and exhibitions around the world to collect as much as information and news
for our members. As many members have set up production base in China, HKPCA have put forth efforts
on collecting information from the Chinese government, such as environmental, customs policies and
regulations, and sharing them with members. In addition, opportunities and developments are encouraged
by the technical seminars, conferences, training courses, conventions and exhibitions that are organized for
the industry in Hong Kong and China.

I am delighted that Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association is organizing HKPCA Show 2024 International Electronics Circuit
Exhibition (Shenzhen) from 4-6 December 2024, at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). ELCINA cherishes its
partnership with HKPCA and looks forward to working together with WECC Member countries and serving the PCB Industry.
ELCINA has been supporting growth of Electronic Systems Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) sector in India focusing on higher value
addition and manufacturing. Our focus is on accelerating investments in manufacture of components, parts, raw materials, and EMS
by facilitating support under various supportive policies of Central and State Governments. We are working for development of the
eco-system and Clusters especially for Printed Circuit Boards and invite all the leading companies to look at India as a potential
market as well as manufacturing destination. We are happy to inform that ELCINA has been conducting periodic market study on
Indian PCB industry that would be very useful to our WECC partners.
Indian market for electronic products has reached US$ 170 Bn and is growing rapidly at about 20% per annum and is projected to
reach USD 300 billion by the year 2026. PCBs, being the backbone of electronics, are in a huge demand in India. The demand for
PCBs from Indian electronics manufacturing industry has surged from USD 2.83 billion in 2019 to USD 3.52 Bn in 2023 including
both Bare PCBs, as well as PCBs that form part of populated PCBA's. The demand is likely to reach USD 6 - 6.8 billion by the year
2026. Government of India is keen to promote “Make in India' and is providing benefits to manufacturers including those of PCB's
and its raw materials.
Chinese PCB industry is one of the most advanced in the world and HKPCA has been a great catalyst for promoting PCB market
and technology. ELCINA invites its WECC partners to India for servicing our growing market and to manufacture PCB's and its inputs
in India for which we will provide full support.
I congratulate HKPCA for organizing this Expo every year and look forward to working closely with HKPCA for closer cooperation
and mutual benefit. On behalf of the ELCINA Executive Committee and the Indian PCB Fraternity, I convey my best wishes for the
success of the event.
