Keep the product from external impact,since it can causeanydamage.

[Fig.1] isone of the installation example foryourreference. Please install the expansion pipe and expansiontank,inordertoavoidanyaccident.

Keep the product from external impactand humidity,inambient temperature of - 1 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ~ 5 0 { ^ \circ C } ,since it contains electric parts.

Donot install the product as the motor towards to vertical way.

A Caution

If youapply the product to boilers (with oil,briquette or charcoal),you have to build thepiping linesas [Fig.1].Especially,for the case of boilers runby briquette orcharcoal, you should not install the pump in front of fuel intake.
(※You should install the pump at side/backward of fuel intake.)
※This product is under guaranteeat the temperature up to 1 1 0 ^ { \circ } 0 only,this product is not responsible for them.
This product is for whom capable to handle with safety, only.
Please keep this product from children in order for them not to play with this.
In case the power cable is damaged,only theauthorized one oragent should
change that inordertoavoidanyaccident likeelectricshock.

A Caution

[Fig.2] How to rotate the casing direction

As[Fig.2],you canassemble the casing regardless itsdirection.You can change the casing direction according to following procedure.

1) Dis-assemble the casing bolts. (Make sure the boltsnot to be lost.)
2) Rotate the casing. (You can rotate the casing to 4 directions as the figure below.)

3)Re-assemble thecasingbolts.

Do not cover the pump with cloth,vinyl or rag. It cancausefireaccident.

Do not carry the pumpas hangedby itspower cable.Any damagedue to this can cause electric leakage orshock.

Never run the pump dry. Anydamagecan be occurred for internal partsdue to that,and it can cause anyproblem.

Danger

This product should be usedonlyforcleanwater. Foranyother flammable mediaorchemicals, itwill cause fireaccident orany problem on pump.

When you dis-assemble the drain plug，you can be burnt by boiled water from the pump inside.So,during that,make sure for wearing suitable protection equipments, andavoidyourfacefrommotorside. Please becareful foranyaccident due to steam.Anysteam can be leaked from drainplug if itis loosenbyhightemperatureandsystempressure. In case any air remains in the pump or piping lines,water circulation could not be fluent.For that situation,loosen the drain plug with screw driver,and vent the aircompletely. ●During summer season,water scale can exist in the pump,if it is not under operation for long time.In that situation,the pump might not be operated even though power is supplied.

Components

How to control the pump speed

①De-energize the power supply.

{ x } With the speed control switch,you can adjust the motor R.P.M.in3 steps,according to operation condition.

③You cansave the Max. 50 % of energy, if you set the most suitable R.P.M.

\bullet In case the water heating is not done enough, the pump speed could be slow.For this case, speed up the pump.On the other hand, in case the pump speedis too high,any noise can be occurred from thermostatic regulating valve or piping lines.For this case,adjust the speed control switch for slow-down.

\otimes You can adjust the pump speed in 3 steps with the knob on terminal box,as [Fig. 4].

1.This product is under warranty for1year from purchased date. Please contact to our A/S centre oragent forany trouble.

2.This product will not be under responsibility of warranty for following cases.

- Trouble due to user's misuse (Not operating by manual instruction.)
-Trouble due to unauthorized repair,modification or dis-assemble.
-Force majeure
-Trouble due to improper storage.(High temperature/humidity, place with chemicals) - In case this warranty certificate is lost.
-Incaseanywarranty information is corrected.
- Parts or consumables are not under warranty.
-The product is not under responsibility for any consequential damage
from product trouble.
