必须遵守本说明书中的重要规范，排除可能引起的伤害。
检查和安装的安全规范
操作者有责任确保检查和安装水泵必须由有资质的、接受过培语训的专业人员进行。只有在拔掉电源，确保水泵停止运行后才能进行维修。
自行设备改装和自制备件
自行改装设备必须经过制造商同意，使用原始备件和制造商授权的产品将确保安全，使用其他零件，制造商将不承担由此引发的任何后果和责任。
使用
厂方仅保证在说明书所述的范围内水泵的可靠性，产品样本及说明书中的极限值不允许逾越。

Safety Specifications for Inspection and Installation
Operators shall ensure that pump inspection and installation are performed by qualified and professionally trained specialists.Maintenance work can only be carried out after disconnecting the power supply and confirming the pump has fully stopped running.
Unauthorized Equipment Modification & Self-made Spare Parts
Any self-modification of the equipment must be approved by the manufacturer in advance. The use of original spare parts ormanufacturer-authorized products guarantees operational safety. The manufacturer shall not bear any consequences or liabilities arising from the use of non-original parts.
Operation
Themanufactureronly guarantees the reliability of the water pump within the scope specified in this manual.It is prohibited to exceed the limit values statedin the product catalog and manual.

■PUN系列水泵属于离心管道泵，水力部分主要包括泵壳和叶轮。PUN-750EH/PUN-751EH 泵体的材质为 HT200，叶轮材质为PPO，其他型号泵体材质HT200，叶轮材质PPO+GF30。
■PUN系列水泵的电机自带过热保护器，当电机绕组温度超过允许的温度时，过热保护器动作，切断电路，当绕组温度下降到允许的温度范围内时，电机重新起动。
■The PUN series water pumps are centrifugal inline pumps, whose hydraulic components mainly consist of pump casings and impellers. For models PUN-750EH and PUN751EH, the pump casing is made of HT200 cast iron and the impeller of PO material. For other models,the pump casing is HT200 cast iron and the impeller is PPO+GF30.
■Motors of the PUN series pumps are equipped with built-in thermal overload protectors.When the temperature of the motorwindings exceedsthe permissible limit,the thermal protector will trip and cut off the power circuit. The motor will restart automatically once the winding temperature drops back within the allowable range.

电器连接ElectricalConnection
水泵电气安装部分需由专业人员完成，严格遵守当地的电气有关规定。
电源必须通过电缆连接，电源开关的触点间距至少3mm。参照铭牌中的最大电流参数选择相应规格的电缆线径。带防护接头单相电机的接线方式详见图1.1-1.5所示，如需拆除接线，方法请见图2所示。
Electrical installation of the water pump shall be completed byprofessionals in strict accordance with local electrical codes.
Power supply shall be connected via cables,and the contact separation of the power switch shall be at least 3 mm. Select cables with appropriate cross-section according to the maximum current marked on the nameplate. Wiring methods for single-phase motors with cable glands areshown in Figures 1.1 to 1.5.Refer to Figure 2 forwire disassembly procedures.
安装及操作注意事项InstallationandOperationPrecautions
安装注意事项：
■在安装水泵前，确保管道系统已连接完毕，整个管路已经清洗。杂质和污垢等将会给水泵造成损坏。
■为了防止水泵运转停止时形成的水流冲击力破坏管道，出水口必须安装逆水阀。安装时应避免采用发生噪音和振动的方法。
为了便于检查维修，选择恰当的位置安装水泵。可参照下图中的尺寸。为确保电机处于良好的通风状态，电机风扇应距离墙面至少30cm。
■为确保水泵的更换和维修工作顺利进行，应在水泵的进口和出口处安装阀门，出口阀门应安装在出口正回阀后
■为防止漏水和减少阻力，管道尽量少拐弯，配管尽量短些。
■为了使水泵多年使用也不倾斜，用水泥筑基，将水泵底脚需要用螺栓固定，并加装减震垫，而且水泵撑脚和电机撑脚必须与平面接触，起到支撑作用。
■入水管和出水管与管道连接时，应该在水泵的进出口用软连接安装。注意管道的重量必须得到支撑，不能作用在水泵上，以免水泵进出口受外来应力影响
操作注意事项
起动前准备： 水泵在起动前需要加一点引水否则不能开启。方法是：拧开 引水口帽，注入引水。
■起动： 盖上引水口帽，打开进水阀门。 打开出水阀门。 插上电源操作水泵，几分钟后便会出水。 如果不出水，可能由于引水不够，需要加引水。
停止： 关闭出水阀门。 停止电机。 关闭进水阀门。 如果长期停止运行，排空水泵及管道中的水。 Before installing the water pump,confirm that the pipeline system is fully assembled and thoroughly cleaned. Residual impurities and dirt inside the pipeline will damage the pump.
■Acheck valve must be installed at the water outlet to prevent pipeline damage caused by water hammer when the pump stopsrunning. Avoid installation methods that generate noise and vibration.
●Install the pump at α position convenient for inspection and maintenance;refer to the dimensions in the above figure. To guarantee good ventilation of the motor,the distance between the motor fan and the wall shall be at least 30 cm. To facilitate smooth replacement and maintenance of the water pump,installisolatingvalvesatboth the pumpinlet and outlet.The outlet valve shall be fitted downstream of the outlet check valve.
Toavoid leakage and reduce flow resistance,minimize pipe bends and keep piping as short as possible. To prevent the pump from tilting after years of service,build a concrete foundation.Secure the pump feet with bolts and install vibration damping pads. Both pump feet and motor feetmustmake fullcontactwiththe basesurfaceto provide stable support.
When connecting suction and discharge pipes,install flexible joints at the pump inlet and outlet ports. Ensure all pipe weight is independently supported and not borne by the pump, to avoid external stress acting on the pump ports.
Operation Precautions
Pre-StartupPreparation Priming water must be added before starting the pump; otherwise,the pump cannot operate. Procedure: Unscrew the priming port cap and fill with priming water.
\Startup Refit the priming port cap and fully open the inlet valve. Open the outlet valve. Plug in the power supply to run the pump;water will flow out within several minutes. If no water discharges,insufficient priming water is likely the cause; add more priming liquid.
Shutdown Close the outlet valve. Switch off the motor. Close the inlet valve. If the pump will remain out of service for an extended period, drain all water from the pump and pipelines.
泵的维护PumpMaintenance
运行中的维护：
进口管道必须充满液体，禁止泵在气蚀状态下长期运行。定时检查电机电流值，不得超过电机额定电流值。泵长期运行后，由于机械磨损，使机组噪音及振动增大时，应停泵检查，必要时可更换易损零件及轴承，机组大修期一般为一年。
机械密封维护
机械密封润滑应使用清洁无固体颗粒的介质。
严禁机械密封在干磨情况下工作。
起动前应先转动电机轴几圈，以免突然起动造成石墨水环断裂损坏。
密封泄露量允许值3滴/分钟，否则应检查机械密封处。
冬季做好防冻措施
在冬季，泵及管道易结冰，造成管道损伤，泵变形或破损而吸不上水，所以应采取防寒措施：
1)水平管道埋在地下大于30cm处。
2)冬季为防止泵内残留液体结冰，依提早拧开防水螺丝排净泵里的水。
注意：电机或泵上面不要覆盖易燃物防冻，以防引起火灾。
泵搁置很长时间后再使用
泵搁置很长时间后再使用，若出现接通电源电机不运转的情况，是由于泵里的污物凝固或粘接，这时应切断电源，用螺丝刀卡住电机尾部的卡槽，转动螺丝刀，带动水泵转动，建议至少转动15圈，转动后，若水泵轴旋转顺畅，无卡滞现象便可恢复使用。
Maintenance During Operation
The suction pipeline must be fully filled with liquid. Long-term pump operation under cavitation conditions is prohibited. Regularly check the motor current, which shall not exceed the motor rated current.
After long-term operation,if the unit noise and vibration increase due to mechanical wear，stop the pump for inspection. Replace wearing parts and bearings if necessary. The general overhaul cycle of the unit is one year.
Mechanical Seal Maintenance
The medium used for lubricating the mechanical seal shall be clean and free of solid particles.
Dry running of the mechanical seal is strictly forbidden.
Rotate the motor shaft several times before startup to prevent breakage and damage of the graphite water ring caused by sudden startup.
The allowable leakage rate of the seal is 3 drops per minute. If the leakageexceeds thisstandard,inspect themechanical seal immediately.
Anti-freezing Measuresin Winter
In winter, the pump and pipelines are prone to icing,which maycause pipeline damage, pump deformation or rupture and result in water suction failure. The following cold protection measures shall be adopted:
1) Burry horizontal pipelines underground to a depth of more than 30 cm.
2) To prevent residual liquid inside the pump from freezing in winter, unscrew the drain screw in advance to drain all water from the pump.
Note:Do not cover flammables on themotor or pump for freeze protectiontoavoidfire hazards.
Reuse after Long-term Storage
If the motor fails to run after power-on when the pump is reused after long-term storage,it iscausedbysolidified or adhered dirt inside the pump.
In this case, cut off the power supply first. Use a screwdriver to clamp the clamping groove at the motor tail, then turn the screwdriver to drive the pump shaft to rotate.It is recommended to rotate at least 15 turns.The pump can be put back into service only if the pump shaft rotates smoothly without jamming after rotation.
