TheTASF series freecooling air-cooled screw chiler is designedand manufactured according to industry standards tomeetitsadvantagesof highenergyeficiencystrongreliability,andfastresponse.Theunitcan operate in three modes based onenvironmental temperature and water temperature detection.When the ambienttemperatureisbelowacertainlimit,during thetransitionseasonandwinter,outdoorcoldair natural cooling sourcesareused to pre cool orcompletely cool the user side load toachieve energy-saving and emissionreductioneffects.
The unit can be placed directly on the roof or flat outdoor ground without the need for specialized equipment suchasair conditioningrooms,cooling towers,andcoolingwaterpumps.Widelyusedindata centers (IDC),pharmaceuticals,electronics,chemicals, metallurgy,andcommerce,itcan greatlysaveusers' annual cooling costs.

Summer:MechanicalMode
Whentheambient temperatureis high,theTASFseries free coolingunitwilloperatelikeaconventionalchiller.Atthistime,the unitonlystartsthecompressorforcooling,whileturningoffthe freecoolingfunction,therebyreducingunnecessarywaterpump powerconsumptionandcoolingcapacityloss.Whentheambient temperaturechanges,theoptimalenergy-savingoperationmodeis mainlyachievedbyadjustingthecompressorandfan.Thiscooling modeisusuallyusedinthesummerwhentheambienttemperature ishigh.
Transitionseason:MixedMode
Astheambienttemperaturedecreases,thereturnwatertemperature exceedsacertainlimitoftheambienttemperature.Atthistime,the returnwaterentersthefreecoolingcoil forprecooling,prioritizing aportionof therefrigeration load,whiletheremainingloadisborne bythecompressor.ThepowerconsumptionoftheTASFseriesfree coolingunit'scompressorunderlowambienttemperatureconditions will belowerthanthatwhenthe fanisfullyopen.

-"Zero"impulsecurrent
The unit adopts variable frequency start,with ultra-low starting current,which has zero impact on the power grid,ensuring thesafety and reliability of the power grid.The maximum starting current will never exceed itsrated current,greatlyreducingthe impacton thecustomer's powergridand therequirementsfortransformercapacity.
-Advanced refrigerantcooling
TheTASFV series unit adopts advanced liquid cooled airborne frequencyconverter,which has good heatdissipationeffect,improves moduleutilization,compact frequency converter size,and theunit operatesinextremehighenvironmental temperatureswithouttheneed forcapacityreduction;Thecoldplateof the frequencyconverter takes away 9 0 % oftheheatgeneratedbythefrequencyconverter,reducing thetemperatureriseof the frequencyconvertercabinet,andextending theservice lifeofelectrical components;Uersdonotneedto reducing theenvironmentaltemperatureofthecapacitywhichgreatlyreduces engineeringcosts.
