膜片式单向阀 DiaphragmCheckValve
此单向阀采用磁性膜片式设计,应用于氟利昂制冷系统,内部采用导向装置、自吸机构设计,从而使单向阀不受安装角度限制和反向压力大小影响,使阀门自动闭合。

工作原理 Working Principle
工作原理:制冷剂和冷冻油进入油分离器,带有悬浮油颗粒的气态制冷剂与螺旋型钢刷相接触,并且沿气道旋转流动。油颗粒在离心力的作用下,被分离到筒形气道的筒壁上,同时螺旋型钢刷对油颗粒还具有吸咐分离作用,被分离出来的油颗粒聚集成较大油滴流入油分离器底部油收集区。并通过此处安装的浮球式针阀将油返回到压缩机曲轴箱或储油器中

Working Principle
Refrigerant and refrigeration oil enter the oil separator. Gaseous refrigerant containing suspended oil particles comes into contact with the spiral steel brush and flows rotationally along the air passage.Under the action of centrifugal force,oil particles are separated onto the wall of the cylindrical air passage.Meanwhile,the spiral steel brush also adsorbs and separates oil particles.The separated oil particles gather into largeroil dropletsand flow into the oilcollection area at the bottom of the oil separator.The oil is returned to the compressor crankcase oroil reservoir through the float-type needle valve installed here.

工作原理 Working Principle
制冷剂和冷冻油进入油分离器,带有悬浮油颗粒的气态制冷剂与螺旋型钢刷相接触,并且沿气道旋转流动。油颗粒在离心力的作用下,被分离到筒形气道的筒壁上,同时螺旋型钢刷对油颗粒还具有吸咐分离作用,被分离出来的油颗粒聚集成较大油滴流入油分离器底部油收集区。并通过此处安装的浮球式针阀将油返回到压缩机曲轴箱或储油器中

工作原理 Working Principle
制冷系统中,制冷剂管路可分为高压与低压,高压制冷剂温度较高,需要冷凝器冷却,而经过蒸发器低压制冷剂相对温度较低,需要气液分离器来分离气态与液态,液态的制冷剂则需要升高温度而蒸发,成为气态后才进入压缩机,避免液击,以延长压缩机的使用寿命。
