东元大事记
1956年东元电机股份有限公司成立于台湾三重市。
1965年 新庄厂设置为台湾第一座自动化电机生产工厂。
1966年工具工厂成立(现为生产技术处)。
1973年淡水厂启用,生产冷气机、电视机、电冰箱等家电产品。
1979年中场一厂建广完成.导入全新自动化设备生产电机。
1983年,观音厂启用生产电视机、高级电子产品及电脑周边设备。
1987年中场二广建广完成与西屋合作生产超大型电机。
1991年观音冷气厂建厂完成,导入全新自动化生产家电产品。
1991年马来西亚厂建厂完成。
1994年的观音压缩机厂建厂完成。

所有电动机转子都使用半键按照A级(标准)振动等级进行动态平衡。
电动机在空载时测得振动速度有效值不超过下表中的A级所列值。

注:当电动机高于额定转速以上运行时,例如,当应用调速控制时,其噪声和振动强度将会增大。要求电动机做精细的校平以满足在额定转速以上的加速能力。此外,轴承寿命可能会降低。应关注加油的间隔时间补充润滑脂及其寿命。

Note: When the motors run above the rated speed. for example, using in speed controller, the noise and vibration willincrease. In this situation, the motors are required to be corrected to satisfy the acceleration ability above the rated speed. Besides, the bearing lifetime will decrease. 轴承温升Bearingtemperaturerise
注意!
轴承温升的高低比轴承本身实际温度更能反映出问题的状况。
如果轴承温升速率太快或是有非常明显的振动或异音,电动机必须立刻停止运转,详细检查问题发生的原因,否则不得重新运转。
如果轴承温升及运转情况都正常的话,电动机必须继续运转直到轴承温度稳定为止,许可的温度值如下:

ATTENTION!
lf therateofriseintemperatureisexcessiveorifthemotorexhibitsexcessivevibrationornoise,itshouldbe shu down immcdiatclyand a thorough investigation made as to the cause before it isoperated again.
Followingtheinitialstart-up,thebearingtemperaturesshouldbecloselymonitored.Therateofriseinbearingtemperature is more indicative of impending trouble than is the actual temperature.
If the bearing temperatureriseand motoroperationappeartobenormal,operationshould continueuntilthebearing temperatures stabilize.
Recommended limits on bearing temperatures are as follows:
