1006 Type Pneumatic Single-Seat Fluorine-Lined Regulator
1006 Type pneumatic fluorine-lining single-seat regulator is a PTFE bellows sealed valve. It consists of a
pneumatic membrane actuator and a through single-seat fluoroplastic-lining valve. Because the parts of the
valve in contact with the media using high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant
media (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.) and aging-resistant FEP
(referred to as F46), and the use of PTFE bellows sealed, and therefore, the valve is widely used in chemical,
petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, electric power and other industries in the process control of acid, alkali and
other strong corrosive media and toxic, volatile and other gases, liquids media.

As can be seen from the above structure diagram, all metal parts
of the valve inner parts are not in contact with the medium.
Characteristics
1. Corrosion resistance: valve body cavity, valve seat, valve stem are lined with 2.5-3mm thick F46, and are
resistant to acid, alkali, strong corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance: adopts PTFE material bellows and packing double sealing to ensure good sealing.
3. Small leakage amount: due to the valve core, valve seat using soft seal, so the leakage amount up to GB/
T4213-2008 / V level standards, or even no leakage.
4. Adopts light and small multi-spring actuator, small volume, light weight, high regulation precision.

Design selection considerations
1. When choosing valves for strong corrosive media, the first to consider fluorine-lining valve, we have
conducted costing and many user visits, in a strong corrosive environment, if the 316 valve body + Hastelloy,
the cost is at least 3-4 times that of fluorine-lining valves of the same diameter, and usually, after corrosion of
the valve inner parts, while the valve body is almost brand new, the selection of fluorine-lining valve is costeffective and more reasonable.
2. Try not to choose pneumatic diaphragm valve, because the diaphragm valve has an extremely unreliable
moving parts diaphragm, due to the control valve action frequently, the diaphragm is subject to media pressure,
media flushing, media corrosion, up and down action diaphragm chamber pressurization and decompression,
the membrane is very easy to fracture, furthermore, with the membrane valve is often no packing, which adds
up the hazard even further. (Manual diaphragm valve have improved the above situation due to fewer actions).3
. In the case of flow capacity allows, fluorine-lining single-seat regulators can be used instead of fluorine-lining
ball valves. Because fluorine-lining ball valve in the rotation process, if due to the existence of huge friction and
tearing, F46 on the ball and valve seat can be easily damaged. The fluorine-lining single-seat regulator is
contact sealed, even if worn and torn, it will be automatically compensated to ensure timely sealing.
4. Fluorine-lining single-seat regulator can not be used in a vacuum environment, because the vacuum will
cause F46 attract relaxation.
