OIL FLUSHING

Oil Flushing removes harmful contaminants and keep your new

rotating and hydraulic equipment operating at peak performance;

significantly reducing the potential for premature failure.

Advantages of Oil Flushing

•Help to extend the life of lubrication & hydraulic systems

CHEMICAL CLEANING

Chemical cleaning covers a wide range of services from new

construction to ongoing maintenance activities. Applications of

chemical cleaning can be utilized to remove these contaminants

and restore systems to optimum operating efficiency.

Advantage of Chemical cleaning

•Reduced commissioning durations

•Fewer waste materials than mechanical cleaning.

•Less damage on commissioning line.

HYDRO-MILLING

Hydro-milling, also known as retro-jetting or hydro-jetting, is an

efficient method of cleaning industrial piping through the

implementation of high-pressure water nozzles and jets.

Advantage of Hydro-Milling

•Reduced commissioning durations

•High degree of cleanliness on non-critical and critical systems

•Can be completed in a variety of conditions, including subzero climates

•Removes both fine and large particles

•Lower water requirements compared to conventional water flushes

•Water recycling capability with minimal waste disposal requirements

STEAM BLOWING

Steam blowing has effective in the removal of construction debris,

weld slag, sand, oil, dust, rust and mill scale from critical systems

prior to plant start-up.

Advantages of Steam Blowing

•Required less time for completion of the total process

•Less time required to normalize the system for final light-up to

synchronization

•This reduces the reactionary forces on the temporary pipes

•Stresses on the boiler system are lower

PIGGING

Pigging is a much valuable service in the industry. It is completed

to increase efficiency and avoid potential problems on existing

pipelines, and to remove new construction debris to assist during

hydrostatic testing.

•Boiler maintenance

•Line dewatering

•Line drying

•Separating mediums in a pipeline

AIR BLOWING

Air blowing is an efficient way to remove construction debris,

loose rust, liquids, and other contaminants from process piping.

Advantages of Air Blowing

- Air blows are a safe and cost-effective method

- Pre-commissioning service after the completion of

hydrotesting.

- Removing loose rust, sand, dirt, and construction debris.

- Effective for small diameter pipes.

FMS & PUNCH WORK

Punch Work is essential processing to verify that the contractor

installed the right fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and control devices or

systems; that they are in the right location; and that they work.

Flange Management is the total package of services that provides the

best possible chance of achieving a leak-free start-up.

HYDRO TEST

Hydro Test is Hydro-testing of a pipeline is carried out mainly

to check the integrity of the pipeline to ensure that the

pipeline can be operated at its Maximum Allowable

Operating Pressure (MAOP) and is free from any major

defects which could affect the pipeline during operation.

- Mainly check integrity of the pipeline

- Most conventional & economical method to test pipeline

before operation

- Test for displacement pumps, break tanks, test end and

temperature on installed pipeline
