TYCP系列电动机概述
TYCP-80~355系列变频调速三相永磁同步电动机是我公司开发设计的新一代电动机,本系列电动机由矢量变频器供电,具有启动转矩大、体积小、重量轻、效率高、温度稳定性好、高功率密度的特点,比同功率异步电动机小1-2个机座号,其效率符合GB30253-2024《永磁同步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》的1级标准。其功率等级和安装尺寸符合GB/T4772.1标准的规定。
该系列产品具有在 5 %sim 1 0 0 % 额定频率范围内恒转矩及在1 0 0 % ~ 1 2 0 % 额定频率范围内恒功率运行。电动机在 2 5 % ~ 1 2 0 % 负载范围内相对于同功率异步电动机具有更高的效率,经济运行范围宽,具有显著的节能效果。是高效节能型空压机理想的动力选择。
产品特点
·性能优:高效率、高起动转矩、高过载能力、高功率密度、高可靠性。
·电动机机座外形体积小,同功率的机座号更小,更适合要求外形小,重量轻的场所。
·低噪音:合理的槽极配合、电磁设计,运行噪声低。
·起动无冲击;平滑软起动,起动电流不大于额定电流的2倍。
·调速范围宽;转子无需电励磁,能够实现低速大转矩。
·电动机钕铁硼磁钢采用先进的防腐及耐高温技术,从而大大降低磁钢的老化及退磁风险。

·电动机主接线盒位于机座顶部,可以左、右出线,满足用户不同的出线方向

订货须知
用户在订货时须注明电动机的型号、额定功率、额定电压、额定频率、转速、调频范围、防爆等级、防护等级、安装方式、接线盒进线方式、工作制、使用环境和工作条件以及配套机械设备的使用要求。
如果用户对电动机轴承或轴承润滑脂有特殊要求,请在订货时注明要求。
如果用户对电动机的电气性能、安装方式、安装尺寸、外形结构、使用场所、以及加装非标配的部件,请在订货时注明要求。如不注明,厂家会以国标、行标或企标方式供货。
订货时要求简单举例:
例:电动机中心高为H160、30kW、电压380V、额定频率150Hz、变频范围7.5\~180Hz,同步转速300r/min、机座带底脚,端盖无凸缘、工厂用隔爆型IIB类,T4温度组、顺时针旋转、普通橡套电缆进线、带冷却风机
电动机型号规格标注如下:TYCP-160M3-6-300030kW380V150Hz7.5\~180Hz IMB3ExdbIIT4Gb喇叭口(出线口方式)顺时针旋转IC416
如果电动机接线盒出线口处要加装电缆引入装置,请在订货时提出,同时需注明:1.选择是无铠引入或是铠装引入。2.材质选择:一般有黄铜、黄铜镀镍、不锈钢。3.电动机最终使用场合选用电缆的外径,如选用铠装装置引入则需提供铠装电缆外径和去除铠装层后的电缆外径。4.入口处螺纹规格尺寸:选择是“M”公制螺纹、“G”管螺纹、“NPT”圆锥管螺纹。电动机标配为“M”公制螺纹。
本系列电动机可根据用户要求加装定子测温元件、轴承测温元件(只能装于中心高160及以上电机)、热敏电阻、加热带(须注明使用电压)、轴承测温元件并带就地显示仪(只能装于中心高160及以上电机),如需要请在订货时注明。
