Introduction to laser cleaning machine
Laser cleaning machines are mainly divided into three types: continuous laser cleaning machine, single pulse laser cleaning machine, and multi-mode pulse laser cleaning machine. Among them, the continuous laser cleaning machine uses a continuous laser generator, which is cost-effective; it is widely used in the scenes of rust removal, oil removal, and oxide layer removal on metal surfaces. The single pulse cleaning machine uses a pulsed single-mode laser generator with a relatively thin core. It emits a typical gaussian beam with very concentrated energy. It can remove the coating on the metal surface and has excellent cleaning effects on pre and post welding seam. The pulsed multi-mode laser cleaning machine uses a multi-mode laser generator. It is composed of multiple pump modules inside. Through the beam combiner, multiple beams of pump light enter the active optical fiber, so that a higher power flat-top beam can be obtained. The main feature is that it does not damage the base material. It is widely used in molds, precision parts, aerospace, railway transportation, and automobile manufacturing.
