Why is spruce = Grade S, Scotch pine & Mongolian pine = Grade A, Chinese fir = Grade B, and Radiata pine = Grade C?

strength, bonding strength, demolding performance, water resistance, stability and weather resistance.

The surface finish of our solid wood panels increase
the life duration and allows an easy stripping and
cleaning. The smooth surfaces gives furthermore
visually beautiful concrete quality and joint-free surfaces. The edge protection with C-profile make solid wood
panels more durable.
FORMWORK PANEL WITH METAL ENDING
PIANO 3-layered shuttering panels impress thanks to the high stability and dimensional accuracy. Both longitudinal
external layers and the diagonal central layer are glued between them and water-resistant. Swelling or shrinking
are almost excluded thanks to this structure. Optional edge protection and a high quality waterproofing impregnation further increase the durability and make stripping and cleaning easy.

STEEL WEDGES
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Assemble the four panel pieces using the slots located at the
panel edges. Secure the corner of the column formwork with
the adjustable corner clamps, ensuring that all clamps are
positioned at the same height.
STEP 2
Attach the column clamps to the corner clamps. Fasten the
head of each column clamp into the bent end of the
corresponding clamp. Ensure the column clamp is tightly
aligned and flush with the beam.
STEP 3
Insert the wedge pins into the column clamps and secure
them by tapping with a hammer. Adjust and measure the
spacing of the column clamps to maintain a consistent height
across all units. Proceed to install the remaining panels and
column clamps following the same steps.
STEP 4
Tap the end of the wedge pins with a hammer to release
them. Remove the steel plates and disassemble the clamp
assembly by hand.
