2017年，成立天津市瑞恒茂新能源有限公司、天津市赛泓环境工程有限公司，推动智慧水务方案升级为绿色零碳循环经济闭环体系。

Wherever we go, we cost-effectively realize the harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource recovery of local organic solid wastes including sewage sludge and livestock manure for zero-waste cities.We rehabilitate barren underutilized land into fertile farmland with energy-crop giant reed to build lucid waters and lush mountains. Harvested giant reed is converted into biomass fuels and biochemical raw materials as alternatives to fossil fuels, helping local areas achieve carbon neutrality.

RDI瑞恒茂研究院
瑞恒茂研究院聚焦芦竹产业全链条关键节点进行技术赋能，构筑起难以突破的生物质产业核心壁垒。2015年，运城市绿碧源公司与山西农业大学生命科学学院携手攻关，成功研发出“绿州一号”组培扩繁技术并获国家专利；2023年，集团联合中科院海河实验室、天津农学院共建芦竹全产业链技术研究中心；2025年，研究院开展生物质能源智慧管理平台研发，旨在运用AI、大数据等前沿科技通过汇聚企业内外部多源数据、贯通ERP、DCS等业务系统，实现竹纤醇全产业链闭环智能管控，达成碳减排的科学化管理。
The Science and Technology Innovation Center of Ruihengmao Research Institute has connected the key links in arundo industry development and established a closed-loop operational system, forging an irreproducible core competitiveness in the biomass sector and securing industry-leading advantages. In 2015, the Center successfully developed the "Lüzhou No.1" tissue culture and rapid propagation technology and was granted a national patent. In 2023, it co-founded the Arundo Whole Industry Chain Technology Research Center. In 2025, the Center plans to develop an intelligent biomass energy management platform.

瑞恒茂在天津建设的新能源新材料产业示范基地，一期项目总投资22.32亿元，建设内容包含CMA检测平台、工业及市政污水处理、生活污泥处置、芦竹种苗繁育基地、芦竹专用肥料厂、芦竹种植与收割加工基地、绿色甲醇工厂。项目可实现年产值18.95亿元，年上缴税收1.74亿元，带动就业1118人，8万亩芦竹种植基地达产后，每年可实现减排二氧化碳90万吨。
二期规划投资29.3亿元，建设绿色纤维、绿色航煤并扩产绿色甲醇、芦竹种植扩产，预计2029年底竣工投产，可新增年产值26.86亿元、年税收2.57亿元，岗位1330人，芦竹种植基地12万亩达产后，可实现年减排二氧化碳120万吨。

芦竹于2021年被納入《中华人民共和国主要草种目录》，是国家农业农村部推广草种之一。瑞恒茂科研团队运用基因编辑技术培育出的新型芦竹品种，商品名为“绿州一号”。
Luzhou was included in the Catalogue of Major Grass Species of the People's Republic of China in 2021. The new variety of reed bamboo developed by the Ruihengmao research team is named "Lvzhou No.1".
抗逆性强 芦竹在海拔 1000 米以下，降水量 500mm 以上、零下 20C以上的气候条件下正常生长、含盐量 5%以下的盐碱土壤中不影响产量，滩涂地、沼泽地、沙荒地、贫瘠土地及废矿区等均可种植。
水土保持 芦竹根系发达，能够在土壤中深入扎根且分蘖能力超强，根系在土壤中交织成网状结构，紧紧封住边坡、河滩的泥沙，有效防止水土流失。
改良土壤 对铅、镉等重金属有耐受作用，对化学污染地有极强的修复作用。收割后，大量根系残留在土壤中，可有效增加土壤有机质含量，促进土壤团粒结构的形成。
固碳增汇 芦竹年固碳量为 5-8 吨／亩，约为热带森林的 5 倍、水稻秸秆的 15 倍。芦竹秸秆替代化石能源形成的减排效益，项目可开发国家核证自愿减排量（CCER)，用于企业碳排放抵消。
原料认证 2026 年国际可持续碳认证（ISCC）官方最新发布《ISCC EU认证合格材料清单》，芦竹（Arundo donax）已被纳入认证认可的原生原料目录。
Arundo donax is known as one of the highest-yielding plants per mu. It can be harvested continuously for 20 years or more after a single planting. It features high per-mu yield, strong stress resistance, saline-alkali tolerance and adaptability to barren soils.

打造百亿级新能源新材料产业基地集群赋能城市实现碳中和
瑞恒茂集团创新推出绿色零碳循环经济产业共生城市碳中和解决方案，为化工园区构建一体化新能源新材料产业基地。项目建设内容包括：日处置700吨的生活污泥处理厂、日产350吨的芦竹专用肥厂、12万亩芦竹种植基地、200兆瓦风光电开发与消纳、日处理2万吨的工业污水处理厂、日产1.5万吨的再生水厂、年产20万吨黏胶浆粕和年产10万吨绿色甲醇工厂。项目总投资在38.5亿元，年产值26.88亿元，利税约2.21亿元，全流程每年减碳151.67万吨二氧化碳当量，可提供稳定就业岗位550个，带动灵活就业2000人次，有效赋能地方经济发展、增进民生福祉、盘活闲置土地、加快绿色转型，助力城市实现碳中和发展目标。
Each new-energy and new-materials base encompasses a municipal sewage sludge treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 700 tons, a special arundo donax fertilizer plant with a daily output of 350 tons, a 120-thousand-mu arundo donax planting base, 200 MW wind-solar power development and consumption facilities, an industrial wastewater treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 20000 tons, a reclaimed-water plant with a daily output of 15000 tons, a viscose pulp plant with an annual output of 200000 tons and a green methanol plant with an annual output of 100000 tons. The total investment stands at RMB 3.85 billion, with an annual output value of RMB2.688 billion, annual profit and tax of approximately RMB 221 million. The full-process annual carbon emission reduction reaches 1.5167 million tons, providing 550 stable jobs and 2000 flexible employment positions.
针对芦竹生长对气候、土壤、耕作环境等种植要求，瑞恒茂将打造百亿级新能源新材料产业基地集群，规划在天津、河北、河南、山东、江苏、上海、安徽、湖北八大省市，到2035年实现：年处置市政污泥等有机固废5000万吨，年产芦竹专用肥2000万吨，打造有机固废无废城市；完成盐碱地改良及芦竹规模化种植2000万亩，年产干基芦竹8000万到1亿吨，实现绿水青山；年1亿吨的芦竹原料生产1600万吨绿色甲醇和3200万吨绿色纤维浆粕，支撑百个零碳化工园区建设；开发风光绿电32GW，满足竹纤醇一体化项目离网供应装置用电；达成"水、肥、土、竹、纤、醇、碳"全产业链年减排二氧化碳3亿吨目标，形成年销售额超千亿的绿色循环产业集群，实现零碳城市建设目标。
