月亮水岩位于高田镇，是属于一个半开发的山洞，洞里没有灯光照明，所以进去的时候需要全程佩戴头盔，头灯或手电筒，用最原始的方式去探秘洞底世界。全程约3公里，其中有一半路程需要在地下河里步行，最高水位到成年人的腰部，所以下半身一定会湿。是夏季最热门的户外项目。

Moon Cave, located at Gao Tian County, an undeveloped cave allows explorers to experience its natural beauty. The cave is highly primitive, with no light inside that all participants have to put on helmet and carry torch to walk 3KM inside the cave, ofwhich half is a waist-high underground water walk.

这个山洞属于半开发状态，全程开始和结束都在同一个洞口，可以在洞口的池子里游泳。
全程约3个小时，需穿戴运动装备、包脚趾的运动鞋。

攀岩的时间，加上往返交通所需要的时间一般为3-4个小时，对参与人没有太高要求，只要自身没有明显残疾，没有严重的恐高症，心脏病高血压等隐疾都可以参加，而且攀岩是一项非常安全的极限运动。建议穿着运动鞋，女士不能穿着裙子。

Biking could be one of the best outdoor activities in Yangshuo to see the other face of China. Surrounded by limestone pinnacles and rice paddies, having two clean rivers passing through, Yangshuo provides tourists from all over the world a perfect atmosphere to get close to the nature.It is charming and special in the fast-paced world to do a leisurely bike ride to appreciate the real countryside. Thereare many routes to choose from,and these different routes can be from veryrelaxingto veryadventurousdependingonyourneeds.

潮溪 CANYONEERING

溯溪是一个水上项目，简单理解就是在溪流里徒步，这项活动只适用于夏季，全程戴头盔，我们溯溪的线路相对简单，但也需要一些体能，不建议体质不是太好的人参加，对参与者的个人能力和体质有较高的要求。

Canyoneering is awater sport, and only suitable during summer time. All participantsare required to wear helmet. It has a high requirement on the individual abilityand physique of the participants.

行程提醒/Tips:

汽车可以开到溯溪基地边上，全程大概需要4-5个小时，建议午饭后出发，做好防晒，所有电子设备必须做好防水处理。必须穿包住脚趾的运动鞋或者溯溪鞋。

Go to the base camp of canyoneering by car takes around 4-5 hours. Suggested to start after lunch and put on sun lotion.Waterproof treatment is required for all electronic equipment.Put onsneakers orwading shoes recommended.

阳朔飞拉达攀岩溜索项目由法国设计师设计，始建于2017年初，2018年6月投入使用，线路全长700余米，分为攀爬（200多米）和滑索（400多米）两个部分，线路最高点66.5米。设计难度介于容易和稍难之间，适合8岁至70岁以下普通人参加。但心脏病人，高血压老人，孕妇或有其它重大疾病者不建议参加。个人活动用时45分钟至90分钟，团队活动90分钟至120分钟。

阳朔飞拉达基地的教练目前有7人，持中国登山协会颁发的攀岩户外指导员证上岗。使用进口专业攀岩装备并每天对装备做安全检查，团队活动时线路每50米的距离配备一个教练，随时可为您提供帮助，如果团队人数达到45人以上，将会分为两批次进行，以获得更好的体验感。

hallenge yourself on our newest adventure - the Via Ferrata, which means “iron path” in Italian. Built in 2017 and opened to public since June 2018, this climbing route,at a length of 700 meters, on the rugged cliffs of Yangshuo mountains includes steel cables,iron rungs and a suspended bridge that are allfixed to the rock to assist climbers upwardsas wellas securely attach them to the rock for safety.With 200 meters climbing zone and 400 meters sliding cable zone,and a peak pointat 66.5meters that progress indificulty, Yangshuo Via Ferrata is the perfect alpineactivity forfamilies,groupsor individuals.

No previous experience is required, suitable for 8 to 70 years old that are physicaly fit, with no heart discease, high blood pressure, pregnancy or other serious ilness. Individual climber will take 45-90minutes，whilegroupclimbingfrom90-120minutes

Yangzhuo Via Ferrata has seven coaches,all carry rock climbing coach license issued by Chinese Mountaineering Association. Allclimbing equipment are imported and checked daily. For group climbing,acoach willbeassigned to stand byat every 50 meters to provide climbers with necessaryassistance.Maximumnumberofclimbers for group climbing is 45.

沙滩车也叫全地形车（通俗地说是四轮沙滩车），单人驾驶，可载一人，必须佩戴安全头盔，沿着既定环形线路，途中穿过村庄，沿河小道，田间小路应有尽有，是属于体验感非常强的户外运动，适合各种人群。

ATV: All terrain vehicle. A one-person Driving, it can carry one person. And you must carry on the helmet for the whole trip. Along the established the route, On the way through the village，The fieldsand the paths were everything,It experience a very strong sense of outdoor sports and it suitable for all kinds of people.

从酒店出发后乘渡船到漓江的对岸，再乘坐交通工具到基地（五分钟车程）。简单的培训后开始驾驶，全程有教练带领。活动时间约一个小时左右。女士请勿穿裙子、高跟鞋，做好防晒工作。

It Will take about 40 minutes from hotel to the Base of ZhuangJin Shan, Gaotian Town, Then the Coach will teach you how to drive The ATV before you drive it by yourself. The activities will last about 1 hour and the coach wil accompany for thiswhole trip.

皮划艇是在沙子茶江上唯一一个可以自己参与的水上项目，起点茶江88号码头一路顺流而下，因为水上的紫外线照射会是陆地上的两倍，故要做好防晒准备。全程会有工作竹筏跟随，假如不想划了，或者遇到任何突发事件，上竹筏即可。

Kayak is the only water sport you can participate in by yourself on the Sand Tea River. The starting point is Chajiang Pier 88, allthe way down the river. Pease do the Sunscreen Preparation as the Ultraviolet rays are very strong in the river. There is worker accompany with you for the whole trip, if you would like finish it in advance or any case occur，you could get on the bamboo raft immediately.

徒步漓江 LI RIVER HIKING

专车早上9:00出发，约1小时车程到达徒步的起点，穿过一个小村庄，翻过两座山，沿着漓江边一直徒步到漓江最著名的景点“九马画山”，过渡后再乘当地三轮车到兴坪镇，再乘车回阳朔。全程徒步约10公里，全程需要约5-6小时。

Firstly, you need to get to Yangdi with an hour' s driving. After arrival at Yangdi, you will hike about an hour to Langshi Villge. Stop for a while,and enjoy the fabulous scenery around the vilage. Continue your hiking ahead to the most renowned spot “Nine Horse Fresco” .After a ferry transfer, take a local motorbike to Xingping, then return to Yangshuo. The whole hiking takes about 5\~6 hours to finish.

每人需要准备双肩背包，以便携带饮用水及食物，夏天注意防晒，午餐为我们自制的路餐（三明治、水果、巧克力等），必须穿运动鞋及适合运动的服装，路途遥远，不建议老人及婴幼儿参与。
