公司是华南地区首家生产人工合成石墨膜、多层石墨烯膜的企业,有完整的人工合成石墨膜、多层石墨烯膜的生产线,纳米品电子屏蔽新材料生产线及模切加工生产线等。目前公司已发展成为可持续开发多种新型材料的综合型企业。

纳米晶带材主要由铁、硅、硼、铜、铌组成,在1°C/s的冷却速度下制备,经特定退火工艺处理后,获得具有超细尺寸晶粒(-10nm)的软磁合金材料。纳米晶软磁合金是指非晶合金经过适当的晶化退火处理后获得了一种具有超细尺寸晶粒(-10nm)的软磁合金材料。此类新型金属功能材料的显若特点是:生产制造流程短,一步成型,节约能耗;并且通过调整合金成分,可以使其饱和磁致伸缩趋近于零具备了更优异的软磁特性。其突出优点在于兼备了铁基非品合金的高饱和磁感应强度(Bs)和钻基非晶合金的高磁导率和低损耗,能够很好地满足高類低损耗的性能要求。主要用于制作高精度电感、高频开关电源用磁芯、高频变压器和高端磁放大器等高端产品;相关铁芯器件主要应用于数字电子产品、智能电网中的智能电表、光伏发电并网逆变器及新能源汽车充电、驱动系统、无线充电等,以满足电力电子技术向高類、大电流、小型化、节能等发展趋势的要求。
