• 该项目是激光钎焊智能打磨系统全球首次应用在侧围点焊飞溅智能打磨的案例，也是全球首次完全由国内调试人员完成设备的安装调试。

一汽解放冲焊智能物流系统，用于连接冲压车间和焊装车间的物料转运。项目设计库位2900个，出入库采用2套一轨双车RGV转运，前后端配合叉车AGV进行存取。本立体仓库，共分为11000个小料箱库位+1100个标准托盘库位+200个异形库位；

Chongqing Tsingshan intelligent logistics system

重庆青山工业变速器智慧物流系统，用于实现DCT变速箱装配车间立体仓储、出库分拣、AGV配送等功能，首次实现车间级5G工业互联网应用场景。项目包括3个巷道立体库仓储，库位1872个，出入库输送分拣系统一套。物流配送系统包含叉车AGV12台，潜伏式AGV18台，各种盛具托盘112钟共10932个。

The intelligent logistics system of Chongqing Tsingshan Industrial is used to realize the functions of the threedimensional storage, out-warehouse sorting, AGV distribution and so on in the DCT gearbox assembly workshop, realizing the application scenario of shop-level 5G industrial internet for the first time. The project consists of 3 tunnel warehouse storage,1872 storage locations, and a set of delivery and sorting system. The logistics distribution system includes 12 forklift AGVs,18 latent AGVs,112 kinds of pallets, a total of 10932.

MAKINO spare parts intelligent AS/RS

牧野全球智能备件库，用于产品备件存放。项目采用多台叉车AGV+Picking料箱AGV实现货物存取。产品分区域存放，一层作为入库调度中心，存放非标大库位和标准库位，二层存放料箱和标准库位。智能备件系统可与牧野全球SAP系统连接，为全球客户实现一站式备件服务。该智能系统共包括11000个小料箱库位+1100个标准库位+200个异形库位。可实现备件产品库存超4万种。

Guangzhou Siemens intelligent logistics system

广州西门子变压器智能物流系统为干式变压器原料仓储及物料AGV配送项目。本项目包含2巷道立体库，设计总库位数1152个，载重2T地牛式AGV10台，轮式转运车载重10T1台，载重15T一台，载重50T一台，共3台。本项目设计有LES智能物流执行系统，通过智能化的物料拉动模式，智能调度自动立体库和AGV将场内物料仓储、转运、配送无缝衔接，提高了整个工厂物流运输效率。

Guangzhou Siemens intelligent logistics system is a dry transformer raw material storage and AGV distribution project.
