PREFACE
Thank you for using the direct-reading electronic crane scale manufactured by our company. If you are using this crane scale for the first time, please read this instruction manual carefully before operation. Please feel free to contact our company via phone or email should you have any valuable suggestions after use.
OVERVIEW
The YTK series direct-view electronic crane scale consists of lifting shackles, high-precision sensors and a weighing main board. It adopts 5-digit 1.2-inch (40 mm character height) ultra-bright digital display for clear and legible readings.Equipped with digital filtering against jitter, vibration and swinging, it delivers stable readings with a stabilization time of less than 8 seconds. It supports instant tare, zero setting, data review, data hold and power-saving functions. With low-power-consumption design, the fully-charged battery enables continuous operation for more than 100 hours, and it is fitted with a battery over-discharge protection circuit. Battery level (percentage) is displayed at power-off, allowing you to check battery status timely and arrange proper charging. Other features include RF remote control with a maximum remote distance of 100 meters. Parameters such as division value and full-scale value can be modified without recalibration. Stabilization speed is adjustable to adapt to various working conditions. It is provided with serial port output, compatible with wireless large-screen display, wireless PC connection andwireless printing instruments. It is suitable for lifting-weighing applications such as foundry and commodity trade.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
\*\*Maintenance for New Scale\*\*
--- Charge regularly (once every3 months); keep moisture-proof and water-proof, maintain dry environment; avoid severe impact and squeezing.
\*\*Preparation for Operation\*\*
--- Fully charge the battery in advance; check whether fastening screws and connectors are loose before weighing, and perform regular inspection afterwards; verify that the safety cotter pins of hook and lifting ring are properly installed.
\*\*Correct Operation\*\*
Power-on: Long-press the ON/OFF key and release after the buzzer stops. It displays UER-X.X, then battery voltage X.XV, and performs self-test counting from 0 to 9 at 1-second intervals. After self-test completion, it enters the weighing mode.
Operation: After self-test, the scale automatically enters zero-weighing state. Hang the object for weighing. When the reading stabilizes, the buzzer beeps for 0.5 s as prompt. Read the value after the stability indicator lights up.
ccumulation: Press the remote control : : key to accumulate current weight. The weight to be accumulated shall exceed 20 division values. Accumulation is allowed only when the stability indicator is on. The second accumulation can be performed only after weight falls within 2 division values.
Accumulation Reset: Press the remote control \* key to display accumulation count N=XX. Press remote-control 0 and \* keys simultaneously to clear accumulated data.
Accumulation Query: Press remote-control \* key to show accumulation count N=XX. Press query key to display high-three-digit HXXX; press query key again for low-three-digit LXXX. Press \* key to exit.
Example: For 20 accumulation times and total weight 325601 kg, display shows N=20, H325, L601.
Low-voltage Indication: Flashing or dimmed digits indicate battery voltage below 6.3 V. The unit will auto-power-off in 10 minutes.
Power-off: Hold ON/OFF zero-setting key for 3 seconds, or press remote-control 0 and H keys together to power off. It shows battery percentage PBTXX, then OFF for shutdown.
Charging: Recharge timely when battery capacity <15% before further use, to avoid over-discharge and battery life reduction. Recommended charging time: 6-8 hours.
SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING & ERROR MESSAGES
1. \*\*ERR01\*\* : Accumulation error. Accumulation conditions not satisfied. Possible causes: repeated accumulation or unstable reading.
2.\*\*ERR02\*\*: Password error.
3. \*\*ERR03\*\* : Calibration error. The loaded weight for calibration is too small.
4.\*\*OUER\*\* : Overload.Weight exceeds full-scale value plus 9 division values.
\*\*No Display after Power-on\*\*
1. The battery needs charging.
2. The battery is damaged and must be replaced with a new one.
\*\*Battery Cannot Be Charged\*\*
1. Check whether the charger works properly. Normal output of charger: 7.6V-8.0V, 1000 mA.
2. Check whether the battery is damaged. The battery voltage shall be above 5.5V after full charge. Replace the battery if voltage is below 5.0V.

MAINTENANCE & PRECAUTIONS
1. Charge the battery once per month if the unit will be left unused for a long period.
2. Do not exhaust battery power completely before recharging, otherwise battery service life will be shortened.
3. Use original charger only. Do not apply over-voltage charger, or battery protection circuit will be burnt out.
4. Check all component screws for looseness before operation.
5. Avoid dropping, squeezing or impact to the instrument, otherwise weighing accuracy will be affected.
6. Do not hang loads directly on instrument housing. Remove lifting hook from goods after weighing.
7. Never operate under overload condition; overload will cause permanent damage to load cell.
8. Inspect lifting hook, shackle and connecting fittings regularly to prevent danger caused by excessive wear.
9. Calibrate the crane scale periodically according to operating frequency, at least once per year
★ Important Notes ★
Storage battery features self-discharge. Even if the crane scale is idle, charge the battery periodically to prevent damage caused by over-discharge. Recommended charging interval: once every one month (no more than two months).
