桨翼型大风量节能纺织轴流风机，引进国际先进技术，在防失速、振动和降噪等方面着力突破，专为现代纺织空调更新而设计。本款风机设计高效区为 3 5 - 5 0 H z ，满足阻力和风量需要的情况下，风机全年 90 % 时间运行在高效区，实现了保工艺降电耗的目的。（N实际负荷 = k 综合系数·↑V流量·↓{P全压）。

该风机省电、环保品质在于，较高的气动输送效率（单级转子效率 8 5 % ），较低的噪声比值（比A声级32分贝），达到国家GB19761-2009一级能效标准，优于GB/T8690《工业通风机噪声限值》规定的35分贝。

主要应用于替换那些 ① 风压富余， ② 风量不足， ③ 长期低转速运行， ④ 噪声需要降低， ⑤ 效能提升改造， ⑥ 更适合于新建厂房空调节能模式， ⑦ 设计选配。

桨翼型大风量节能纺织轴流风机采用轻质航空高强铝合金材质、叶片前折前掠呈弯刀型转角机翼，汇集总装于小轮箍体，升阻比高，通流区间大，叶轮与叶片摩擦时间短，阻损小，呈前掠叶片尖点有预先“穿刺”空气幕的“刀锋”剪切效果，技术结构和设计原理上，取得实质性突破。转子的精密平衡矫正，可选的不锈钢筒体、玻璃钢集流器、以及防护网、导流器、扩散筒等，配用 \mathsf { Y E } _ { 3 } 高效节能宽频电机，使得产品的适应范围和应用领域拓展到中低压、大风量、低噪声和防暴空气输送的场合。中低压用于纺织厂多风机系统送风，中高压机型用于车间各种回风与滤尘。

风量范围： 2 { ~ } 2 4 ^ { \star } 1 0 ^ { 4 } \mathsf { m } ^ { 3 } / \mathsf { h } 风压范围：150\~1000Pa，功率范围：2.2\~75KW。

JF35/30-11/12系列桨翼型大风量节能纺织轴流风机共有8个基本机号，即8#、10#、11.2#、12.5#、14#、16#、18#、20#。每个机号有2\~3个相对角度变换，范围外的，可以根据实际性要求，量身订做非标准设计，

叶轮结构分3\~6叶片（中低压），也有8\~10叶片（中高压），通过变叶片数量和叶片的多种装配角度，实现空气参数的改变；A式传动（电机直联）时转速随电机（节能电机4、6、8级）分1450、960、740rpm等。叶顶线速一般不得超过 1 3 0 { m / s } 。变频调速，满足变工况需要。

安装形式有落地式和墙式两种。二者区别在于，前者为底座承重，后者由风机外壳支撑。按气流方向进出风机的秩序还分吸入式与压入式两类：叶轮电机为吸入式，电机→叶轮为压如式。
