艺迈罐式稳压调蓄供水设备
IMAI TANK TYPE STABILIZED PRESSURE STORAGE WATER SUPPLY EQUIPM
罐式无负压供水设备是市面上应用最广的供水设备，它的运行原理是与市政管网直接对接，利用市政来水压力进行叠压供水。
随着城市发展，特别是用水高峰期时段，市政压力逐渐出现波动，此时罐式无负压供水设备过度抽吸市政压力，发生“抢水”现象，从而加剧市政压力的波动。为了避免此现象，一般做法是设备停机，停止对用户供水，避免市政压力波动。当市政压力恢复正常时，设备自动启动。然而此时用户端的持续用水，会导致设备出水管网亏空，此时设备出水压力无法满足设定值，水泵将全部启动并全速工频运行，造成初期市政来水压力再次急剧下降，设备感应后再次自动停机，以此往复，严重时烧毁变频器甚至电机。
我司研发的新型罐式稳压调蓄供水设备，能够做到在用水高峰期市政压力波动过大时，将设备与市政管网直接断离，避免过度抽吸市政压力，同时保持市政管网不间断的来水，为用户持续供水，避免出现管网亏空。

In order to avoid this phenomenon, the general practice is to shut down the equipment and stop water supply to users to avoid municipal pressure fluctuations. When the municipal pressure returns to normal, the equipment will start automatically.However, at this time, the continuous water use at the user end will lead to the deficit of the equipment outlet pipe network.At this time, the equipment outlet pressure cannot meet the set value,and the water pumps will all start and operate at full speed at power frequency, causing themunicipal incoming water pressure to drop sharply again in the initial stage, and the equipment will automatically shut down again after induction, so as to reciprocate, and even burn the frequency converter and even the motor in serious cases.
The new tank type stabilized pressure storage water supply equipment developed by our company can directly disconnect the equipment from the municipal pipe network when the municipal pressure fluctuates too much during thepeak period of wateruse,oasto avoid excessive pumping of municipal pressure, while maintaining the uninterrupted incoming waterof themunicipal pipe networkproviding continuouswater supplyforusers and avoiding thedeficit of the pipenetwork.

运行原理
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
市政来水压力正常，水量充足时，流量控制器开启，水泵利用市政来水压力接力供水，使水泵少做扬程功，达到节能的目的。
When the municipal water pressure is normal and the water is sufficient, the flow controller is opened and the water pump uses the municipal water pressure to relay the water supply, so that the pump does less head work and achievesthepurpose of energy saving.
罐体内产生瞬间真空，真空抑制器在瞬间真空的作用下开启，空气在真空抑制器内往复通过活性炭的过滤进入罐体，达到破坏真空的作用。

·市政来水压力降低至最低服务压力值时，流量控制器前端压力变送器将压力信号送至PLC控制器，PLC按照编程指令关闭流量控制器。

）罐体内水位快速下降，当下降至上液位时信号传至PLC，PLC按程序指令开启流量控制器。这时，罐体上端出现断流层，市政来水通过自然压力流入罐体，不会受到水泵吸程的影响，给用户持续供水的同时也保护了市政管网。
The water level in the tank drops rapidly. When it drops to the upper level, the signal is transmitted to PLC, and PLC starts the flow controller according to the program instruction.At this time, a cut-off layer appears at the upper end of the tank, and the municipal waterflows into the tank through its own gravity, which will not be affected by the suction lift of the pump.While supplying water to users, it also protects the municipal administration.
在运行过程中会产生两种工况：
1.市政来水量大于需求量，罐内的空气会逐渐被排除，消除断流层后又变为正常叠压供水模式；

2.市政来水量小于需求量，从而罐体内液位逐渐下降，但这时市政并没有停水，自来水还在向罐内注水。当水位下降至下限液位时，水泵自动停机，恢复上限液位时，水泵自动启动，这样就真正实现了市政来多少水，就给用户供多少水，且不会破坏市政管网压力。

艺迈新型罐式稳压调蓄供水设备不仅在市政管网水量充足的条件下不会对市政管网产生影响，而且在用水高峰时段，市政管网瞬间供水不足的情况下依然不会对市政管网产生影响，同时最大化的保障用户供水。
