The feature of clip-on style hinges is with the function of clip-on,Inserting the

hinge into the base (as it shows on 1- ① ),then pressing the arm of hinge with

your fingertip slightly to hook the base.You can hear a clear click sound (as it

shows on 1- ② )

The arm of the hinge can be hooked safely onto the base by 5supports.

Basically the process of clip-on can be done through hooking the front part into

the base from top to bottom.The upper hinge is bearing all the load of the door.

On the contrary, the process of dismantling is done from bottom to top.

Pulling gently the spring pin (as it shows on 3- ② )to dismantle the hinge.

In the same way, the door can be removed from the front by taking off the arm

from the base 3- ② .

快装和准装之分。拆装可令门扇反复装拆并在几秒内完成，提供

准确安装条件。所有门铰三维调节简易、方便、确保门扇的准确

定位，具有两段式停止功能，经测试检验，开合万次不变形。

铰链的个数由门的宽度、高度、重量决定。

在同等铰链数量的情况下，为确保门的稳定

性，铰链间的距离应尽量大。（请参照右图）

卡式系列铰链特征是其快装的功能先将铰链插入到底座，1- ①然后用指

原则上快装过程是通过从上到下，前端钩扣紧底板完成 , 最上部的铰链

卸下。
