导电胶辊，能有效消除印刷过程中产生的静电，防止印刷品油墨反粘，杜绝静电火灾隐患，提高油墨转移率，减少尘埃杂物的吸附，从而提高生产效率与印刷品质；特别添加的导电石墨管，使本产品回弹性更好，更加耐磨，使用寿命延长至普通辑的1.5倍。本产品适用于塑料与纸张凹印、干式复合以及无溶剂复合涂布机。

导电胶辊使用硬度提示：低硬度（ 7 0 ^ { \circ } - 7 5 ^ { \circ } . ）适合于平网、专色、白色印刷，有助于油墨的流动性，避免水纹出现；高硬度（ * 8 0 ^ { \circ } - 8 5 ^ { \circ } . ）适合于浅网、黑蓝红黄四原色印刷，有助于网点的还原性，使浅网图像更明朗清晰。普遍印机厂为了采购的便捷统一，都采用中硬度（ 7 5 ^ { \circ } - 8 0 ^ { \circ } ），使印刷设备在印刷过程中，通过调节气压调整压力，可控范围很小，无法达到最佳的产品效果，因此建议在做胶辊过程中，高低硬度区分做，四原色（黑蓝红黄）做高硬度（ * 8 0 ^ { \circ } - 8 5 ^ { \circ } . ），其余做低硬度（ 7 0 ^ { \circ } - 7 5 ^ { \circ } . ），并依据机速的不同在合适范围内做适量调整。

新制

新制胶辊前，客户应向我司：13133298777提供产品的详细规格尺寸，胶辊硬度，耐温，耐磨等技术要求及工作环境（胶辊所接触的稀料：苯类、醇类、酮类、酷类及液体的酸、碱度PH值）。

使用

节假日休息时应取下胶辊，防止受压变形，再次使用前，要认真检查胶面有无气泡，划伤等，若有异样现象，请重新修磨后使用；减少胶辊轴承台磨损。请选用合格的轴承，并及时注油保持轴承良好的润滑。当胶面厚度小于八毫米时，应考虑重制。

USAGE

Duringholidaysandbreaks,therubberrollershouldberemovedtoprevent deformationduetopressure.Beforeusingitagain,carefullycheckfor bubbles,scratches,oranyotherabnormalities.Ifthereareanyissues, re-grindtherollerbeforeusingitagaintoreducewearontherollerbearings. 搬运

在搬运移动胶辊时，必须抬，吊轴部，防止胶面磕，碰，划伤。

TRANSPORTATION

Whentransportingtherubberroller，itmustbeliftedbytheshafttoprevent damagetotherubbersurfaceduetocollisionorscratching.

贮存

胶辊在贮存时，要支撑起轴部存放，严禁挤压堆放，胶辊间距不应小于5毫米，并放置到阴凉干燥处。

STORAGE

Whenstoringtherubberroller,supporttheshaftandplaceitinacoolanddry place.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtostackor squeezetherollers,andthedistance betweentherubberrollersshouldnotbelessthan5millimeters.

保养

1、压印辊、干复剂胶辊保养：

（1)每日生产作业完后，务必使用乙酯擦洗干净（我司生产的所有胶辊都可耐酒精、乙酯，每日作业完成后，用乙酯擦拭胶辊，可以清洁胶面上的油墨胶水，延长胶辊使用寿命)待胶辊清洗干净后，可用塑料薄膜把胶体封包起来，放在胶辊架上；

(2)移动搭接胶辊时，应轻拿轻放，避免人为磕碰导致的胶面损坏。

2、无溶剂胶辊保养：

(1)每日生产作业完成后，也应在使用乙酯擦干净后，用塑料薄膜把胶体包裹，放在胶辊架上；

(2)下台的胶辊，台阶表面的胶水也应清洗干净，否则可能会导致溢胶，严重时，还会产生胶辊两端台阶椭圆、不上胶；

（3）对于使用频繁的无溶剂胶辊，应每三个月修磨一次，每次修磨五十丝左右即可。若使用频繁且长期不修磨，会导致、胶辊表面硬化，再修磨时，需要修磨2\~3毫米才能修磨完善，影响胶辊的长期使用寿命。

MAINTENANCE

(1)Afterdailyproduction,besure tocleanwithethanol (allrubberrollersproduced byour companyareresistanttoalcoholand ethanol.Afterdailyproductioniscompleted,wipethe rubberrollerwithethanoltocleantheinkand glueontherubbersurface,whichcanextend theservice lifeof theroller).After therubberroller iscleaned,wraptherubberwith plastic wrap and place it on the roller rack.
(2)Whenmovingthelapjointroller，handleitwithcaretoavoiddamagetotherubber surface due to human impact.
2.Maintenance of solvent-free rubber roller:
(1)Afterdailyproduction iscompleted,cleantherubberwith Ethyl esterand wrapitwith plastic wrap, then place it on the roller rack.
(2)Theglue onthe stepsurface of therollerthat hasbeenremoved shouldalsobecleaned, otherwise,itmaycauseglueoverflow,and inseriouscases,the twoendsof therubber rollerstepmaybecomeellipticalornot sticktotheplate.
(3)Forfrequentlyused solvent-freerubberrollers,theyshouldbegroundeverythree months，withabout50wiresgroundeachtime.Iftherollerisfrequentlyusedandnot groundforalongtime,thesurfaceoftherollerwillharden,andwhenitisgroundagain,it mayrequiregrinding2-3milimeterstoachievegoodresults,whichwillaffectthelong-term service lifeof therubberroller.
