Pneumatic membrane angle high pressure regulator is a pneumatic actuator in the pneumatic unit
combination instrument. Mainly used for high pressure, high temperature and high pressure pipelines. Flow rate of
fluid media (liquid, air, air-liquid mixture, steam) can be changed, so as to achieve the regulation of medium
pressure, flow rate and other process parameters. The main difference between it and normal regulator is that it
uses high temperature and high pressure resistant shell materials, high temperature and high pressure resistant,
anti-air etching, anti-cavitation valve inner parts materials, and more precise manufacturing processes. According
to the user's specific working conditions, it adopts single-stage and multi-stage pressure drop type to minimize the
scouring and noise of the fluid to achieve stable regulation of the fluid and improve the service life of the valve
itself. Therefore, the valve has the advantages of complex structure, stable performance, reliable operation, large
allowable differential pressure, low noise, closed tightly. It has been widely used in petrochemical, power station,
metallurgy and other industrial process of automatic regulation and remote control.

Installation, maintenance and repair
1. Before installation, the pipe should be free of welding slag, oil, mud and sand and
other impurities. If it is not possible to ensure that the medium is clean, a filter should be
installed before the valve.2. A globe valve should be installed in front of the valve, and a
bypass globe valve should be installed if necessary.
3. If the valve is equipped with a handwheel, make sure that the handwheel mechanism
is in the automatic position when it is in automatic regulation.
4. If the internal leakage is found to exceed the standard after long-term use, the valve
core and valve seat should be reground treatment.
5. If leakage is found after long-term use, the packing or gasket should be replaced.
