2101(2301) Type Self-Operated Micro (Differential) Pressure Regulator

2301 type self-operated differential pressure valve does
not need external energy to automatically regulate the
differential pressure of one or two media, so that the
differential pressure is maintained at a constant value, such
as in the industrial furnace gas combustion system, used to
control the A, B two kinds of fuel mixing ratio flow regulation,
to achieve the ideal combustion conditions, saving fuel and
investment, it can also be used in the regulation system of
reduced pressure, micro-pressure and differential pressure of
various industrial gases, such as gas, natural gas, liquefied
petroleum gas, ammonia, nitrogen, oxygen and so on. It can
also be used in sealing oil systems for hydrogen-cooled
generator sets to control the pressure difference between the
sealing oil and hydrogen to ensure a reliable seal.
Micro-pressure valve can be used in place of the 2407-
16K type self-operated pressure regulator with pilot when in
front of the control valve.
When the low-pressure end of the differential pressure
valve connected to atmosphere, it becomes a micro-pressure
valve (see Figure 2) 2301 type self-operated differential
pressure regulator and 2101 type self-operated micropressure regulator is characterized by:
1. For single-seat micro (differential) pressure valve, if the upstream pressure ≥ 100KPa, the installation of
2001 type self-operated for pressure reduction to ≤ 100KPa, so can be used for particularly small pressure
occasions (such as 0.5KPa).
2. The actuator element is extremely sensitive, very small pressure changes will be sensed.
3. Pressure regulation is extremely convenient, it can be adjusted set value without stopping production.

Determination of the whole
machine action mode
There are two types of differential (micro)
pressure regulators, B-type and K-type.
B-type valve core initial position normally
open, when differential (micro) pressure
increases, the valve opening degree is
reduced or even closed
K-type valve core initial position normally
close, when differential (micro) pressure
increases, the valve opening degree is
increased.
