上胶方式(Gluing method)
用户不仅可以自行选择头卡上胶的面积以及两面上胶还是单面上胶，而且整个翻口部分的上胶面积也可以自由选择，完全满足所有纸袋的不同要求。边胶采用热胶和冷胶双重喷胶的方式，既保证袋型的美观，又可以节约成本。
The size of glue area is alterable,user can select only one side or double side to pasting the cardboard which can meet different requirement from the market.The structurehas two glue injection device includinghot melt glue and coldwater glue which can making the paper bag more stronger and save the cost mostly at the same time.
袋口插口功能(The function of top insert-in)
采用创新性专利机械结构，使袋筒成型时完全模拟手工制袋方式，纸张两边完全插口粘结，美观牢固。

采用二次交接，两次定位的方式粘贴头卡，头卡准确无误的和纸张进行精确定位和粘贴。

性能及特点 Feature & Characteristics
提手制造机(Handle Making Machine)
用热熔胶将提手绳固定于两张纸中间的方法，制造提手，提手绳可使用圆纸绳、PP绞合绳、丙烯树脂绳等。提手制造机平行配置于主机，也可根据现场使用面积情况，配置于主机左侧或右侧。
穿手提绳用打孔装置(Punching Unit)
穿绳用双孔或塑料提手锁合用四孔的打孔装置，一般双孔的直径分4,6,8mm三种，孔距根据机型大小在80-200mm间设定为二种。
尚可依照客户要求安装香蕉型提手孔模切装置。(选购件)
This unit punches two holes as well as four holes,normally there are 3 kinds of holes diameters,4,6 and 8mm.And holes distance included two kinds,80 to 200mm.
It's possible to set up a banana type holes die cutting system as option.
快速调整装置(Quick Adjustment Device)
风琴线的调整及压力调整全部由数字显示器控制，大大缩短换版调机时间，提高了生产效率。
