注意：在插头插入电源之前，需检查确认开关处于关闭状态开机：将开关拨杆拨向“1”端，工具启动。关机：将开关拨杆拨向“0”端，工具处于关闭状态。

注意：维护或保养之前请确保机器处于关闭状态并且拔下空气接头以防意外启动。气动工具的保养、检查，它对使用寿命和性能有很大影响，为了长久的使用，请注意以下事项:

每日维护：

1,保持头壳的螺纹口无灰尘，必要时加以清洁。
2,设备不允许潮湿，且不允许在潮湿的环境中使用。
3,在打开时，不允许出现砂轮片的不平衡现象。
4,确保砂轮片与固定螺钉必须紧固。
5，检查供电电缆是否受损。
6,清洁防尘罩以及角度盘内部粉尘。

更换碳刷：

AX1钨针磨尖机需定期更换碳刷，避免未及时更换碳刷而造 成的转子换向器烧毁。(AX2Pro为无刷款，免维护)

4) The workplace must be kept clean. Diferent types of work dust, after mixing, are prone to chemical reactionsand are very dangerous. Metal dust is prone to catchingfire or causing explosions

5) Do not place the tungsten needle sharpener on workpiece fragments or dust. Otherwise, it may cause tool damage or malfunction.

6) Please avoid rotating parts of the machine from touching the power cord, which may cause serious electric shock accidents.Do not use a tungsten needle sharpener with a damaged power cord.Ifthe power cord is damaged during operation,do not touch the damaged wire and immediately unplug it. Daily maintenance:

1. Keep the threaded opening of the head shell free of dust and clean it if necessary.
2.The equipment is not allowed to be damp and is not allowed to be used in damp environments.

Replacing carbon brushes:
