The uPVC water pipe is extruded by means of hot pressing, a process which combines PVC resin with stabiizer, internal and external lubricants, filler, and other materials. This type of plastic pipe is the most widely used in the world, being produced in huge volumes over many years. uPVC water pipe features strong corrosionresistance,easybonding,lowprice,hard texture,and a long service life.lt is suitable for water supply systems whosedeliverytemperaturedoesnotexceed 45°C

Product introduction:

uPVC drainage pipes are extruded using a plastic extruder, with PVC resin as the main raw material combined with a suitable amount of stabilizer, lubricant, filer, color enhancer, and other materials; finished products are formed through a process of cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, and packaging.Compared with traditional pipes,uPVC drainage pipes offer obvious advantages,including light weight,corrosion resistance,low water flow resistance, energy savings, quick installation and low cost. This type of pipe has been successfully used across a wide range of applications.

Product features:

1.The product has excellent surface hardness and tensile strength, combined witha highpipelinesafetyfactor;

2. The product has good ageing resistance, allowing a service life of upto50years;

3. The product has excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis andsalts;

4.The product is connected by solvent cement, making it simple to construct and easy to operate, with good installation efficiency;

Product introduction:

Thai standard uPvC conduit and fitings offer a variety of outstanding characteristics. They are regional products exclusively sold in Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand. At present, 7 conduits in different specifications have been developed: 15(3/8"), 18(1/2"), 20(3/4"), 25(1"), 35 (1-1/4 "), 40 (1-1/2 ") and 55 (2"). In addition, there is a full range of fitings on offer, including coupling, elbow, tee, clip, saddle clip, long sweep elbow, inspection elbow, inspection tee, flexible coupling, flexible reducer, circular junction box, junction box and other fittings. At present, the conduits and fittings are produced in the two colors of yellow and white,with some conduits produced using the tworaw materials of A and B.

PVC electrical conduit boasts a high oxygen index and is fireretardant,enabling it to swiftly self-extinguish afterbeing exposed to flames, thereby aiding in preventing the spread of fire.

Easy to bend

The product canbe easily bent without heating,making it easy to install and maintain.
