在粮食行业，公司是国家储备局机械化仓储及世行粮食流通项目的主要定点配套厂及中央直属储备粮库除尘器招标的第一中标企业。除尘系统及产品主要应用于有粮库机械转运站、立筒仓除尘、粮食港口码头散粮输送转运线、米厂加工生产线、面粉厂粉回收及除尘、以及饲料厂、油脂厂、淀粉深加工、酿酒厂等。
In the grain industry, Kelin is the main designated supporting factory for the National Reserve Bureau's mechanized warehousing and World Bank grain circulation projects, as well as the first winning bidder for the central reserve grain depot bag filter bidding. The bag filter system and products are mainly used in grain storage machinery transfer stations, vertical silo dust removal, grain port and dock bulk grain conveying and transfer lines, rice processing production lines in rice mills, special grade powder recovery and dust removal in flour mills, as well as feed mills, oil mills, starch deep processing, breweries, etc.
主导除尘器产品主要有：LYDZ/G型圆筒高压脉冲除尘器、LYDZ/MG型圆筒中压脉冲除尘器、LYCM圆筒长袋高压脉冲除尘器、LYDZⅡ型圆筒低压脉冲除尘器、LCR旁插式脉冲除尘机组、LWBM型卧式扁袋脉冲除尘机组、DMC脉冲单机除尘器等。

港口码头的散粮储输送工程具有装卸工程规模大、输送工艺复杂、工艺设备种类多样、港口码头自然环境恶劣等特点，公司开发采用独立风网和集中风网相结合的进出仓除尘系统设计，物料就地直返的短流程输卸灰设计，除尘系统节能、防爆及高防腐设计，系统运行安全稳定，满足了高效、快捷的散粮存储和中转作业的除尘需求。
The bulk grain storage and transportation project at the port terminal has the characteristics of large loading and unloading scale, complex transportation process, diverse types of process equipment, and harsh natural environment at the port terminal. 真空清扫系统主要由前置旋风分离器、清扫主机、控制系统、动力系统(罗茨真空泵或多级离心风机)、清扫管路系统以及清扫操作组件构成，是一种快速、便捷、高效的粉尘处理技术，清理积尘效果显著。主要应用于粮食等散货码头的转运站、皮带机廊道、栈桥、码头地面等易于积尘的地方，减少二次扬尘危害，消除粉尘爆炸安全隐患。
除尘管道上设置隔爆阀装置，阻止火焰和压力的传播；除尘器配置泄爆片，加设具有防掀结构的防护罩；除尘器内部结构采用防尘板、溜料板和高倾角等防积灰设计；配套的仪电设备满足粉尘防爆、选用阻燃防静电滤料、设有防雷接地结构、管道连接法兰间均设跨接线等。

5)采用硬袋笼结构型式，可机外或机内换袋，机内换袋时要求除尘器顶部与厂方房顶留有600mm的空间高度。Note:

LYDZ/MG型圆筒中压脉冲袋式除尘器
该系列除尘器针对大型面粉厂需求，消化并吸收国外同类产品的基础上，经过多年来用户的实际使用和产品技术上的不断优化进步，选用0.2\~0.3MPa压缩气源，具有维护方便，低阻高效，广泛应用于1000\~2000吨/日的大型面粉厂粉间工艺系统面粉收集及其它工艺点粉尘治理。
This series of bag filter is designed to meet the needs of large flour mills. Based on the digestion and absorption of similar foreign products, it has been continuously optimized and improved through actual use of users and product technology. It uses a compressed air source of 0.2- 0.3MPa, which is easy to maintain, low resistance and efficient. It is widely used in flour collection and dust control at other process points in large-scale flour mills with a capacity of 1000-2000 tons/day.

该系列除尘器是针对处理高浓度粉尘需求而开发的高效除尘器，具有过滤速度高、清灰效果好、抗爆性能强、占地面积小、维护方便等特点，设计采用下中箱进风并设置了预分离器，可替代二级除尘处理高浓度粉尘，广泛应用于油脂加工预处理车间及其它高浓度粉尘行业的收尘。
This series of bag filter is an efficient bag filter developed to meet the demand for handling high concentration dust. It has the characteristics of high filtration speed, good dust cleaning effect, strong anti explosion performance, small footprint, and easy maintenance. The design adopts a lower middle casing air inlet and is equipped with a pre-separator, which can replace the secondary dust removal for handling high concentration dust. It is widely used in oil processing pretreatment workshops and other high concentration dust industries for dust collection.

5)采用硬袋笼结构型式，可机外或机内换袋，机内换袋时要求除尘器顶部与厂方房顶留有600mm的空间高度。Note:
