Compared with the old type refrigeration-ton round tower,the water-tonround towerhashighertowerbodyandair intake,whichensuresmore sufficient convectionof airinthe tower,leavingno blind spots.
·Fan:Airfoil blade fan speciallydesigned for cooling towers,which operates with uniform airflow,low dynamic pressure,low energy consumption and low noise;inaddition,the installation angle of the blades can be adjusted to meet theprocess requirementsand to improve theefficiency of the fan.Compared withrefrigeration-ton round towerwith the same airflowrate,the diameterof the fan has also been increased correspondingly.
\mathbf { \nabla } * \mathbf { \sigma } Motor:Totally enclosedmotorspecially designed forcooling tower has good waterproof performance,can be safely used in humid and hot environment.
·Filler:Made of raw materials,with high growth coefficient of heat dissipation area,and goodwater flowdistributionperformance.The filleris ofa 3-layer design (while mostof its peersavailable on the market has only2 layers), which prolongs the time and expand the area of water and gas heat exchange, resulting in excellent heat dissipation property.
·Sprinkler system:The pipeline sprinkler system is equipped with ABS or aluminum alloywater distributiondevices,which are durable and perform uniformwater sprinkling.For 9oTandabove,fixed sprinklersare used for waterdistribution;as no turning nozzle is needed in the sprinkling,there is no consumable part,meaning nodamagein long-termuse,and reduced maintenanceand labor costs (All round towers on themarket nowuserotary sprinklers).
·Steelparts:allsteel parts,beingtreatedwithrustremovalandhot-dip galvanization,arecorrosionresistant,highinstrength,easytoassembleand havebeautifulsurface.

·Additional watercollectiondeviceat theairoutlet:watercollection plastic boardsareaddedattheairoutlet topreventwater droplets from floatingout of the tower with the hotair.Theyare effective in water-saving effect,with a water collection rateof 0 . 0 2 %

Operating principle to counter-flow round cooling tower
Operatingprinciple:Low-enthalpyair enters the tower from the returnair net at the bottom under the action of the fan.The hot water coming out of theequipment is sprayed from sprinkler pipeson the top,andawater film is formed when the water flows on the surface of the filler,and heat is exchanged with the air.Hot air with high humidity and high enthalpy is sucked out from the top,and the cooled waterdropletsdrop intoand are collectedby the basin before flowing back to the equipment through the outlet pipe.
Air inlet direction:From bottom to top;air enters fromall sidesat the bottom of the tower,is cooled down when itflow through the heat exchange filler,and then is driven by the fan out of the tower from the top.

General introduction to closed-circuit cooling tower
·With the implementation of national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and the increasing scarcity of water resources,many enterprises having the needs to cool down liquid have to spenda lotof time incomparingand evaluating,so as to finda coolingmethod that canat once better protect the liquid from pollution,reduce power consumption,and save water.
·H.Stars closed-circuit cooling towers have the heat exchanger (such as copper coil) placed inside the tower,and achieve the purpose of cooling by promotingair circulation,sprayingwater outside the coil,or otherways to conduct heat exchanger with the water circulating inside the coil.In this way, we can ensure that the industrial fluid inside the coil do not come into contact with the air to cause contamination,or to accumulate dirt,and thus ensuring reliable and effcient operation of the equipment throughout the year.The closed-circuit coil system minimizes the loss of the fluid inside.
·When the closed-circuit cooling tower is in operation,industrial liquid (soft water,oil or others) is driven by the main circulation pump to circulate between a loop connecting the closed-circuit tower's heat exchangerand the equipment tobe cooled,andwateris evenlysprayed on the heat exchanger to forma layerof uniform water film on the outer surface of the heat exchanger,while coldairenters the towerfrom theair inletatthebottomof the towerbodyand flows through the surface of the heat exchanger in a direction opposite to thatof spraywater.During this process thereare two type of heat exchange mechanism at work,namely heat conduction between cold air and cooling medium,and heat exchange through evaporation and heat absorption of spray water.Afterabsorbing heat,thesaturated hotand humid air isdischarged to theatmosphere by the fan,and the rest of the spray water flows into the tank atthe bottomof the tower,before it is transported to the spraysystemagain by thewater pump.Compared with the traditional open type cooling tower,closecircuit towers have less impact on the environment,and save more cooling waterresources;by integrating the tower body with the heat exchanger, they greatly reduce the floor space required and make redundant some complex processes of pipeline and system layout.
·Closed-circuit cooling towers are suitable for the cooling of induction heatingormetal meltingequipment;of largemotors,diesel engines,rectifier equipment,welding equipment,hydraulic stations and continuous casting equipment;of circulatingwaterof variousreactorsand condensers in the chemical industry;of metal die-casting molds,injection molds and other large molds;and of quenching fluids,electroplating solutions,and other industrial solutions, etc.
Counter-flow closed-circuit cooling tower
Operating principle: Industrial fluid (softwater,oil orothers) flowsand circulate in the heat exchanger coil of the closed-circuit cooling tower;the heat of the liquid isabsorbed by the heat exchangercoil;water issprayedby the sprinkler system on the top;and thendrivenby the fan,theair carrying the evaporated heat of the pipewall is discharged out of the tower to achieveasecondary cooling.
Airinlet direction:From bottom to top;air enters fromall sidesat the bottom ofthetower,is cooled downwhen it flow through the heat exchange coil,and thenisdrivenby the fan out of tower from the top.
Initiationofthesprinklersystem:Whenthespraywaterfromthewater-cooled sprinklersystemcomesintocontactwiththeheatexchangercoil,awaterfilm isformedtoabsorbheatthroughevaporation(latentheatofevaporation).The evaporatedwatervaporiscarriedawaybythetopfan,andtheunevaporated waterdropletsflowtoandarecollectedintherecoverytankforrecycling.
Operating principle:the sprinkler system works continuously,while the industrial fluid (softwater,oil orothers) flowand circulate in theclosed-circuit cooling tower's heat exchanger coil; the spray water comes into contact with the heat exchanger coil to formawater film,and the heat energy transferred by the coil is continuously exchanged with the spray water; the fan will driven the evaporativeheatoutof thetower.
Airinlet direction:Air enters from inletsat the topand at the sides of the tower, iscooleddownwhen itflow through the heat exchangecoil,and then isdriven by the fan out of tower from the top.
Initiationofthesprinklersystem:Thewater-cooledsprinklersystem workscontinuously;afterthe initialcoolingof theheatexchangercoil,the unevaporatedwaterdropletswillflowdownacrossthePVCheatdissipation zoneunderthecoil,andperformasecondarycoolingbyheatexchangewith aircoming from inletsatthesidesof the tower.
