Traveling Mechanism

The traveling mechanism of the trolley includes

motor, reduction gear and brake.

The compact motor is specially designed for

trolley. The frequency conversion speed is its

standard configuration.

The frequency conversion motor will better

control the load and reduce the noise.

Lifting Motor

It is specially designed for frequent lifting

operations. With speed ratio of

6:1,electricity connection persistency rate of

60% ED and protection grade of IP55, the

double-speed lifting motor is able to work

for long time with higspeed.

Lifting Gearbox

The frequency conversion drive

enables the customer precisely

locating the load during the

traveling, increasing the safety and

comfort in the course of operation

and reducing the noises as well as

the impact to the plant.

Drum with large diameter greatly

prolongs the service life of steel wire,

reduces the limit to the left and right

of hoist hook, greatly reduces the

headroom, saves the investment and

improves efficiency for customers.

Rope Guide

The cast iron steel wire rope guide is able to

avoid the dust entering the rope guide

mechanism. It has the features of easy

maintenance and long service life.

Easy and rapid access to the lubrication points. In this way,

the lubrication process is made safe (no lubrication point

will be ”forgotten“).

Reduced maintenance operation times and reduction in

repair costs.

The electrical system is customized to realize all functions stated in the client’s technical specification.

The design and components follow IEC standards.

Electrical components from renowned manufacturers with standard models.

The performance of electrical components is tested by our test laboratory, including impact. vibrations, wear,

and safety.

The electrical equipment is accommodated in robust steel plate control cubicles with protection class IP54.

All crane movements can be stopped by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main

contactor.

All cables are well protected by laying on the crane with cable trunking and conduit.

The entire equipment is easy to install and dismantle due to the use of threaded bolts and top-hat rails Cable

inlet from cable gland.

Fixed Style

Adjustable Style

End-carriages are of welded box-up sections or

rectangular hollow.

All major contact surfaces are machined in a

CNC machining center to achieve precise

alignments.

The crane girder connects to the end carriages

with high-strength bolts. The design can suit

confined spaces while serving as solid support

for the vertical and horizontal force during crane

operation.

The traveling wheel is made from 42CrMo and

features high impact resistance and long service

life.

Inverter control features stable and low impact.
