Matters needing attention
1)When replacing and adjusting the tool,be sure to unplug the power plug and disconnect the power operation.
When the machine is running,do not reach into the processing space.

4)When the beveling machineisinstalled on the pipe fitting, theclampisreliableandcannotbe loosened.However,it is notpossibletousetoo longanextensionrodtotighten the clamping screw,otherwise itwill cause the shelltodeform toomuch,affect the verticality of the groove surface,and even damage the shell.
5)When installing the cutting tools,the_rotational radius of thetools_must not exceedthe rotational space of the machine.Thecuttingtoolsareconsumables.Ifthecutting edge is chipped or severely worn,they must be replaced.
6)During operation,please payattention to whether there areabnormalsounds,overheating,smokeemission, vibration,excessive motor sparks,etc.If anyof the above situations occur,immediately shut down themachine for inspection.Before the fault iseliminated,do not force the operation.
7)Do not disassemble the machine without professional personnel's guidance.If you cannot determine the problem, please contact us or get in touch with the local supplier.
8) Please be cautious during the processing of pipe fitings. Whentheautomatic feedreachesthepresetposition,make sure_to pull outthe feed-back clutch to the dotted line position upwards.Otherwise,the machinewill keep cutting withoutstopping,whichmaycausedamagetothemachine. (Note:The feed-in depth set by the machine should not exceed the upper end of the clamping block.)
9)Afterthe machine hasrun fortwo shifts,inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the oiling point.

1.About regularoilfeeding,ln order to ensure stable and efficient groove processing and machine life,the indicated place should be regularly fed with oil,and the machine should be injected with appropriate lubricating oil after 2 shifts of operation.
2,about regularcleaning,in order to give full play to the performance,it is necessary to regularly clean the iron debris in the inlet and outlet,too much iron debris accumulation will make the tool heat,resulting in insufficient equipment power,performance reduction and other effects,greatly affecting the life of the tool.
Note:The machine does not contain other Angle tools,and the corresponding tool holder can be selected according to different processing Angle requirements. See "Machining Angle and tool holder Model" on page 6.
Operation guide:Return the tool head
1,press the switch,the motor starts to run;
2.Lift the clutch handle of the advance and retreat knife,and the output shaft of the knife bar automatically returns to the initial position

Operation guide:Clamping pipe pre-adjustment
1.Place the pipe fittings between the V-shaped clamping block and the clamping block. 2,respectively adjust the tool and pipe fittngs,so that the cutting edge distance from the pipe fittings processing section is greater than 3 \mathsf {mm } :
3.Tighten the clamping rod so that the beveling machine is reliably fixed on the pipe fitting.
Operation guide: Start processing
1.Press the switch and observe whether the output shaft of the toolbarand the tool run normally.
2.Press the switch self-locking button after no abnormality,so that the motor can continue to run.
3.Press the clutch handle of the advance and retreat knife,and the machine starts automatic feed processing.
Note:In the process of processing,the speed should be adjusted according to the diameter, material and wall thickness of different pipes,soas to avoid the machine being damaged by too low speed or too high speed,and ensure the best working efficiency of the machine.
Operation guide:Finish machining-Remove tube
1,when the processing is completed,pull out the advance and retreat tool clutch upward,and the output shaft of the tool bar automatically returns to the position.
2,press the switch and then release,the self-locking button will automatically spring up,the machine stops running.
3.Rotate counterclockwise,loosen the clamping rod,remove the pipe,and finish the processing.
