1、首创采用可调式进料口设计：在生产过程当中随着破碎锤头的磨损减短向内调整进料反击腔，彻底解决因锤头减短导致吃料下降形成的产量下降，保持从头到尾的高产能。

2、首创采用五腔高速反击式制砂工作原理：该工艺集百家之长，充份利用冲击式制砂机的成本优点和锤式制砂机高效节能的工艺优点，使物料在进入机腔后经过三个高速石打铁工作腔的碾打粉碎，并在最终出料口又经过两个腔形的反击后排出下料口，该工艺原理使生产过程的耐磨件耗材无限接近冲击式制砂机的工况，但电力成本却只有其一半的损耗。

3、首创纯高铬合金反击衬板：根据制砂工况原理，集我司十几年的耐磨易损件生产经验，我司专门针对制砂工况设计了专用高铬合金衬板，使衬板的使用寿命比常规产品提高了3\~5倍，大大降底易损件更换频率和耗材成本。

4、首创高铬合金镶陶瓷锤头：该材质锤头为我司发明专利，耐磨性能是普通高铬合金的2\~3倍，非常适用于损耗极大的高硅物料、河卵石、花岗岩的破碎制砂，为客户大量节约生产成本和减少更换频率。

1、无漏板制砂工艺：制砂生产过程即物料从大变小的过程，石打石或石打铁的工况越多，则易损件寿命越长；物料打击一周后如果无法及时排出腔体形成积压，将会变成磨擦工况，使易损件快速损耗，出粉量增加；无筛板制砂工艺大大降底电力及损耗成本，提高成品率。

2、梅花状的转盘设计：锤头运行过程如遇超出进料尺寸的硬岩或金属物进入机腔时，梅花型转盘的设计可以使锤头有效规避该工况出现时对机器的损坏，有效的保险装置可以使机器的使用寿命更长。

3、联排锤头设计：四组无缝联排的锤头设计，可以使设备在运行过程最大提高物料破碎率和产量，同时对转盘进行了有效保护，提高转子寿命。

4、护甲转盘：该机型对机器总成进行全包围无死角护甲保护，最大限度保障了转盘的使用寿命和使用生产效率。

5、反击冲击式 ^ + 碾磨制砂工况：该工况使物料在碎裂过程当中模拟了自然砂的产生过程，使物料经历了高速冲击和来回振荡，砂型更圆润，粉量更少，达到国标二级中砂I类砂标准。

颚破破碎机

1.三相异步电机通过三角皮带带动转子偏心轴按规定转速做旋转运动。

2.悬挂在偏心轴上的动鄂头在偏心轴偏心推动及下部肘板的支撑下，带动动颚板沿一定运动轨迹，相对定鄂板做挤压、剪切运动，从而实现物料的破碎。
