tools group company, Danaher Tool Group, but because he has

several un-interrupted torque tools designing expertise and

什么是VDE认证？

VDE含义德语Verband Deutscher Elektrote chnikere，德国电气

工程师协会对电气产品的认证，按照德国VDE国家标准或欧

洲EN标准，或IEC国际电工委员会标准对电工产品进行检验

和认证。

What is VDE certification?

VDE refers to Verband Deutscher Elektrotechnikere in

German. lt is a certification of electrical productsassessed

by Verband Deutscher Elektrotechnikere, according to VDE

standard or EN standard or lECstandard.

什么是IEC/EN认证？

IEC/EN含义国际电工委员会（International Electro technical

Commission，简称IEC）在欧盟标准基础上，于2012年制定的

交流1000V和直流1500V以下带电作业用手持工具的标准。

What is IEC/EN certification?

IEC/EN is International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC

for short). The standard is formulated on the basisof EN

standard in 2012. It stipulates the requirementsof live

working for hands tools operating at maximum voltage

1000V AC or 1500 DC.

什么是GS认证？

GS含义德语\"Geprufte Sicherheit\"(安全性已认证)，也有

\"Germany Safety\"(德国安全)的意思。GS认证以德国产品安

全法(GPGS)为依据，按照欧盟统一标准EN或德国工业标准

DIN进行检测的一种自愿性认证，是欧洲市场公认的德国安

全认证标志。

What is GS certification?

GS means that the safety of a product has beencertifited

(Geprufte Sicherheit in German) and itrefers to Germany

Safety as well. GS certification is a voluntary certification

according to GPGS and istested according to EN or DIN.It is

a German safetycertification totally recognized by the

European market.

ELECTRICAL TEST

Before testing, the tools are immersed in a bath of water at room temperature

of 24 hours(±0.5hours) The test pieces are acceptable if there is no electrical

discharge, spark over or flashover, during the 3 minutes of testing at a voltage

of 10 KV.

IMPACT TEST

There are two tests carried out: The first test is performed at an ambient of

-25±3°C(the tools lay in a cold chamber for 2 hours), if with C marked test

need to be done by-40±3°Cand is carried out 120 seconds after the tools

have been removed from the chamber. The second test is carried out tools

have been removed from the chamber. The second test is carried out at

ambient temperature of 23±5°C The hammer is allowed to fall freely on three

different places of the insulated material. The test piece is acceptableif t he

handle is not cracked, broken or does not show signs of faking.This test can

be compared to a fall of the tool from a height of 0.6m at a temperature of

-25°C and a fall from a height of 2m at room temperature.

介电强度试验

试验时应将试件存放在相对湿度为91%－95%、温度为23℃±5℃的湿度箱内，

48小时后将试件取出并插入放置有3mm直径的镍不锈钢珠试槽中，施加10kV

的交流电压，通电3分钟内，试件不得发生击穿、火花或电弧等现象。

冲击试验

试验前应将试件放置在－25℃±3℃(C类试件为－40℃±3℃)的低温室中2小时，

然后将试件从低温室中移出，置于室温23℃±5℃的环境中，2分钟后，进行落

高0.6米的冲击，试验后，试件绝缘层不得出现裂痕和剥落等缺陷。

STAMP TEST

The indenter, loaded with a weight of 20N and a voltage of 5 KV, is applied to

the centre of the handle. The test is successful if the test piece subsequently

passes the electrical test.

FLAME RETARDANCY TEST

The flame is applied to the test piece for 10 seconds. The test piece is

acceptable if the height of the flame on the burning handle does not exceed

120mm in an observation period of 20 seconds after the burner has been

removed.

INSULATION TEST

Before testing the test piece is heated to 70°C±3°C for 168 hours.The hanger is

loaded with weights(500N), wrenches and sockets sets with weights(100N).

The duration of test is 3 minutes after the test piece has been removed from

heat. The test piece is acceptable if the handle remains firmly attached to the

conducting part after 3 minutes of testing.

通过介电强度试验后，应对试件绝缘层最易受损伤部位施加20N压力进行压痕试。

拉拔试验

试验前，试件应在自然通风的加热室中加热至70℃±3℃，持续168小时后从加热室中

取出自然冷却3分钟后，在温度为23℃±5℃、湿度在45%－75%的环境中进行试验，

用以检测试件绝缘层与基体的结合强度。通过对试件绝缘层与基体之间施加额定的载

荷，两者不出现松动、位移或脱落等现象。

阻燃试验

试验时用火焰对试件进行10s灼烧后，将加热火焰熄灭，此时试件上被引燃的火焰高度

在20s的观察期内不得超过120mm。

INSULATION TEST

Before testing the test piece is heated to 70°C±3°C for 168 hours.The

hanger is loaded with weights(500N), wrenches and sockets sets with

weights(100N). The duration of test is 3 minutes after the test piece has

been removed from heat. The test piece is acceptable if the handle

remains firmly attached to the conducting part after 3 minutes of testing.

通过介电强度试验后，应对试件绝缘层最易受损伤部位施加20N压力进

行压痕试。

试验前，试件应在自然通风的加热室中加热至70℃±3℃，持续168小时

后从加热室中取出自然冷却3分钟后，在温度为23℃±5℃、湿度在

45%－75%的环境中进行试验，用以检测试件绝缘层与基体的结合强度。

通过对试件绝缘层与基体之间施加额定的载荷，两者不出现松动、位移

或脱落等现象。

试验时用火焰对试件进行10s灼烧后，将加热火焰熄灭，此时试件上被

引燃的火焰高度在20s的观察期内不得超过120mm

注意切断电源。

每次安检，不使用残损工具。遵守安全生产规定作业。

选用带VDE 1000V标志工具作业。不随意配用附件和组合其他工具使用。
