03 中国太平保险集团有限责任公司，简称“中国太平”，于 1929 年在上海创立，是我国历史上

持续经营最为悠久的民族保险品牌，也是我国唯一一家管理总部在境外的中管金融企业。

中国太平源自太平保险、中国保险、民安保险三大民族品牌，1956 年根据国家统一部署，中国

保险、太平保险停办国内业务，专营港澳和海外保险业务。1999 年所有境外国有保险机构划

归中国保险股份有限公司管理。2000 年在港交所上市，是我国首家在境外上市的保险企业。

2001 年以太平品牌在境内复业。2009 年统一“中保”“太平”“民安”三大品牌，更名为中

Introduction to China Taiping ｜集团介绍

China Taiping Insurance Group Co., LTD., referred to as \"China Taiping\",

was established in Shanghai in 1929. It is the longest-operating national

insurance brand in Chinese history and the only state-owned financial

enterprise that has its management headquarters overseas.

China Taiping, originated from the three large national brands, the

Taiping Insurance Company, the China Insurance Company and Ming

An Insurance. In 1956, the China Insurance Company and the Taiping

Insurance Company suspended domestic operations according to unified

national deployment and started specializing in insurance services in

Hong Kong and Macao and overseas. In 1999, all state-owned insurance

organizations operating overseas were incorporated into China Insurance

International Holdings. In 2000, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock

Exchange, becoming the first Chinese insurance company listed overseas.

In 2001, domestic operations were resumed under the Taiping brand. In

2009, the three large brands of \"China Insurance\", \"Taiping Insurance\",

and \"Min An Insurance\" were conglomerated and renamed as \"China

Taiping Insurance Co., Ltd.\" In 2011, it came under the administration

of the central government and was upgraded as a vice-ministerial-level

central financial enterprise. In 2013, it was successfully restructured

and reformed, listed as a whole entity and officially renamed as \"China

Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited\".

China Taiping inherits its red genes and devotion to the nation;

based in Hong Kong, operating transnationally and servicing

the world. In recent years, under the strong leadership of the

Central Committee and the State Council, China Taiping has

developed rapidly. In 2024, China Taiping achieved operating

income of 170.7 billion yuan, total assets of 1.61 trillion

yuan at the end of the year, assets under management of

2.4 trillion yuan at the end of the year, has become a large

multinational financial insurance group with 24 major member

companies and more than 2,000 business institutions at all

levels. Business operations cover various countries and regions

including the Chinese mainland, Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese

Macau, Europe, Oceania, East Asia and South East Asia; and a

business scope that covers life insurance, property insurance,

pensions, reinsurance, reinsurance brokerage as well as

insurance brokerage, online insurance, asset management,

Taiping Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. (\"TPIM\"), is a primary subsidiary of China

Taiping Insurance Group, and was formerly known as Baolian Investment Inc. registered in

Hong Kong in 1981. As the professional healthcare and real estate full value chain investment

and operation management platform of China Taiping, TPIM is fully responsible for the

operation of the Group's healthcare industry and the investment, construction, operation and

management of real estate.

The registered capital of TPIM is CNY 123.86 million. Up to now, it is home to 20 actual

In March 2020, according to the deployment of the Group, Taiping

TPIM has completed the project investment layout in Shanghai, Beijing,

Guanghzou, Chengdu and Sanya, managed stably the project of

Shanghai Yangpu Fuxiang Nursing Home through the mode of \"trustee

management\" and explored and applied home-based elderly care

service. At present, the total building area of the healthcare projects

under the management of TPIM area of about 996,000 square meters,

with a total capacity is about 11,000 beds.

The Wutong Home project is located in the International Medical Park of Zhangjiang

Science City, Shanghai, with a total construction area of approximately 388,000

square meters. It is the first large-scale health and wellness community created

by China Taiping, integrating various formats such as active apartments, senior

apartments, hotels, rehabilitation hospitals, and supporting commercial offices. It is

also the flagship project of China Taiping's health and wellness communities.

The project is divided into three plots: A, B, and C. Plot A is a health and wellness

community, including active apartments, senior apartments, and Wutong Hotel,

with approximately 1,570 rooms planned, accommodating about 2,500 people.

The health and wellness community began its first phase of operation in November

2019 with active apartments and hotels, followed by the gradual operation of other

formats. Plot B is the health care area, with an above-ground construction area of

approximately 64,000 square meters, serving as the medical support area for the

Wutong Home health and wellness community. The Shanghai Taiping Rehabilitation

Hospital, self-invested and self-built by Taiping, is located here and began operation

in March 2021. Plot C is the commercial and office support area of the health and

wellness community, with an above-ground construction area of approximately

60,000 square meters. It includes office space and supporting commercial facilities.

The supporting commercial facilities include a supermarket, convenient dining, hair

salon, pharmacy, coffee shop, and other community businesses to meet the daily

needs of elderly residents.

The Yulan Home project is located in Liqiao Town, Shunyi District, Beijing,

with a total construction area of 177,000 square meters. It is the first

comprehensive large-scale health and wellness community invested and

operated by China Taiping in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the first

national green technology senior community with \"constant temperature,

humidity, oxygen, and quietness\". The project is developed and constructed

in two phases, with approximately 1,400 rooms and 2,200 beds planned. It

features an active living area, senior care area, and commercial support area,

with various formats such as active apartments, nursing apartments, and

hospitals, along with supporting facilities like a health and fitness cultural club,

medical rehabilitation center, restaurant, library, supermarket, and sunken

commercial plaza, providing one-stop services to meet the living needs of

elderly residents of different ages. Phase One has been completed, with a

total of 561 apartments planned, including 533 active apartments (including

short-stay apartments), 28 nursing apartments, and a building with medical

institutions and commercial facilities. Phase One project began operations on

October 11, 2024.

Mumian Home located in the core area of Yiku, Panyu Jinshan Valley,

Guangzhou, with a total construction area of 45,000 square meters. It is China

Taiping's first continuous care and wellness community project serving the

Greater Bay Area. The project includes wellness and vitality apartments as

well as a rehabilitation and nursing center, creating a garden-style community.

The entire community is characterized by low density and low-rise buildings,

with all apartments facing south and a high greenery rate. Among them, there

are 239 wellness and vitality apartments, which can serve about 400 elderly

people, and the rehabilitation and nursing center has 132 beds. The project

was officially open to the public in December 2023.
