As a subsidiary of Hisense Group, Qingdao Hisense Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. is responsible for the development and sale of

Hisense Group’s special type products. With independent teams for air conditioner R&D, marketing and after-sales service, the

Company’s business covers air conditioners for computer room and industrial base station, specializing in high-precision special

cooling version and high-end commercial cooling version, providing professional tailor-made solutions for customers in various

industries. The Company’s business also covers R&D and manufacturing of products in many fields such as encrypted communication, Beidou navigation and photoelectricity.

consecutively keeps sales revenue growing

at above 100%, which has always been a

model of rapid development in the Group. In

2005, with the construction of 3G base

stations, we established long-term strategic

cooperative relationship with China Mobile,

China Unicom, China Telecom, Huawei and

ZTE, etc. Currently Hisense industrial air

conditioner takes the first share in these

three major operators, Hisense precision air

conditioner and industrial base station air

conditioner have replaced foreign air conditioner brands comprehensively, which have

become the benchmark in Chinese market.

Application scenarios - operator communication base station and small computer

room, electrical control room, operation room, small computer room and other places in

such sectors as railway, electricity and bank, as well as constant temperature and

humidity laboratory, constant temperature and humidity process environment, constant

temperature and humidity storage environment.

◆Standard configuration with refrigerant R410A has efficiency 7% higher than R22 system of the

same specification. In the long piping environment, the system pressure loss is lower than refrigerant R22 and R407C, which can effectively reduce the capacity loss caused by pressure loss.

◆Standard configuration with electronic expansion valve achieves accurate control of refrigerant

flow and optimal cooling effect by adjusting the coupled valve body opening according to the indoor

heat load and temperature and humidity parameters.

◆High efficiency heat exchanger

The innovative heat exchanger design with proprietary intellectual property rights and the annual

processing capacity of 20 million pieces of heat exchangers achieve the leading heat exchange

efficiency within the sector.

HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATIO (EER)

◆Simulation air duct design

Air duct design is optimized by CFD simulation, with lower air on-way resistance and eddy loss

and higher air output efficiency.

◆High sensible heat ratio (SHR) design

Excellent air duct design, high circulating air flow and the highest measured SHR of 0.98.

◆Optional EC fan

Optional EC fan has efficiency 25% higher but lower motor noise than AC fan, and is available with

stepless speed regulation for higher motor reliability.

With compact structure, small footprint, reasonable layout of key components, safety protection

devices and control system, the whole unit is available with full frontal maintenance.

Diagnostic function can effectively prevent malfunctions, protect the air conditioning unit in an all

round way, and thereby extend the service life of the air conditioning unit.

Based on the temperature and humidity target and the measured values, the fuzzy control

algorithm is used to predict the temperature and humidity change trend, and the air temperature

and humidity operation trend is actively adjusted to reduce the temperature and relative humidity

fluctuations, avoiding frequent movement of each core component, saving energy and reducing

consumption, and effectively extending component life.

The built-in network group control module of the unit can realize networking of up to 16 units

without external auxiliary control equipment; and up to 256 units by external controller, available

with RS485 remote monitoring.

Electric heating humidification or far-infrared humidification is optional with widely available water.

If no external water source is available, the self-circulating humidification scheme can be used to

achieve up to 180 days of indoor humidity control.

Based on the operating conditions, the expansion valve opening degree is quickly

adjusted in real time, which adjustment is faster and more precise, and has a more

obvious energy saving effect compared with the thermal expansion valve.

Using LCD;

Easy and simple multiple system expansion, one screen can work with N units and

single screen can display and control the condition and capacity of N units.

Hisense controller with proprietary intellectual property rights.

It can realize group control of 16 units to meet backup, tour round, cascading, automatic switching functions, and has host group control function. If there is a problem with the

host, the new host can be automatically elected to continue group control operation.

The operating mode is switched according to the unit address.

With rotor or scroll compressors, component reliability and EER are leading in the

industry.

Bidirectional flexible design has a high reliability.

Enclosure is a low pressure chamber/return air direct cooling motor to reduce the motor

winding temperature.

Multiple built-in protectors, including motor protector, intelligent exhaust temperature

protection, and floating valve, prevent the compressor from overheating.

Low noise and low vibration, configuration with exhaust check valve and shutdown

device to reduce noise during shutdown.

With a low voltage start function, the radial flexible design keeps the start state of the

compressor always at unloaded.
