1、封闭燃烧
减少热量外放，将火焰更多聚焦于锅底，大大提升了热效率的同时也使得厨师免受火焰炙烤。
2、环水保护
采用不锈钢整体成型中空储水，在工作时通过定制水泵使水流循环加热或定温出水，有效降低炉瞠温度，
提高效率和使用寿命。
3、余热利用
烟气下排的燃烧设计和炉瞠内部加装若干根余热回收火管，通过余热回收装置加热自来水，满足厨房的热
水使用需求。
4、红外反射
使用特制的反射网将向下辐射的热量反射到锅底，大大提高了热利用率。
