Dual-color PP-R water supply pipes of thepremium home improvement ceramic-smooth series boastaceramicsmooth inner layer that significantly reduces dirt accumulation,ensuring more uninterrupted water flowand cleanerwaterforhouseholduse.The pipesare suitable for both cold and hot water,simplifying the workload for both users and installers while laying pipes.
The pipes are made from imported raw materials,and are designed with three waterproof shrinkage joints and full-bore high flow,providing eco-friendly and healthy use.And they are insured by PICC. Connect the fusion tool to power up,and start operating only when the working temperature indicator light is on.

2.Clean pipe connection ends
Scrape off any burrs,level the end faces,and clean the surfaces of the pipes to be connected.
3.Makemarks
Usea caliperand a suitable pen to measure and mark the welding depth on the pipe ends which should meet the requirements in the table below.
4.Heat fusion
First insert the pipe fitting into the fusion mold. When the heating depth of the pipe fitting reaches 50 % of the specified depth,insert the pipe into the mold,and then push both the pipe and fitting to the bottom of the mold at the same time.
5.Socket fusion
Afterreaching thespecified time,immediately insert the pipe into the pipe fitting ina straight line without rotating.
6.Cooling and holding
Once the cooling time is reached, the welding iscomplete. (See the table below forspecific heating and cooling times.)
