Construction
Basic parameters
熔断器为插杆式结构。它由熔断件、底座、手柄组成，熔断件帽的一端为喇叭形，另一端为漏斗形。熔断件插入手柄中的螺丝管内，喇叭形帽端与手柄的握柄部分通过螺纹可靠接触。漏斗形帽通过展平帽的上端与螺丝管接触良好，用末端螺栓加以固定。手柄插入底座，转动手柄的锁扣，锁住熔断器。
Construction of fuse is insertion. The fuse consist of a fuse-link a fuse-base and a fuse-carrier. Fuse's plugs are contact flare and tulip tip.

□RNI型户内高压限流熔断器，用于电力线路的过载及短路保护。所谓限流就是熔断器在短路电流达到峰值之前就将其切断的功能。

Thefuseelementadopts theaccuratelytested material,high puritysilver,orsilver-copper eutecticornickel-chrome eutectic,based on diferent rated current.The fuseelement wire is extruded by mold of high accuracy.The cross section is inspectedby laser micrometer to ensure the accuracy，whilecareful assembly guarantees no crack, shrinkage or twist which affects the time-current accuracy.
Durability
Swaged connected endand high strength strain wire make the fuse link not affected byaging，vibration,or high current impulse which may heatthe fuse element nearlytothe severing point.When the fuselinkin the 1stphase or 2nd phase operatesinathree phase circuit,onlythemeltedfuselink needs tobereplaced,andno needtoreplaceal the fuse links in the circuit.
Good fault interrupting capability
Canreliably interupttheinsidefaultatfirstsideand secondarysideoftransformer,short-circuitfaultof bushingat secondary sideoftransformerbushing,and short-circuitfaultbetweentransformerbushing attransformersecondary side and air switch,so as to protect transformer effectively.

·跌落式熔断器及拉负荷跌落式熔断器是户外高压保护电器。它装置在配电变压器高压侧或配电线支干线路上、用作变压器和线路的短路、过载保护及分、合负荷电流。跌落式熔断器由绝缘支架和熔丝管二部份组成，静触头安装在绝缘支架两端，动触头安装在熔丝管两端，熔丝管由内层的消弧管和外层环氧玻璃管组成。拉负荷跌落式熔断器增加弹性辅助触头及灭弧罩，用以分、合负荷电流。
跌落式熔断器在正常运行时，熔丝管借助熔丝张紧后形成闭合位置。当系统发生故障时，故障电流使熔丝迅速熔断，并形成电弧，消弧管受电弧灼热，分解出大量的气体，使管内形成很高压力，并沿管道形成纵吹，电弧被迅速拉长而熄灭。熔丝熔断后，下部动触头失去张力而下翻，锁紧机构释放熔丝管，熔丝管跌落，形成明显的开断位置。当需要要拉负荷时，用绝缘杆拉开动触头，此时主动、静助触头仍然接触，继续用绝缘杆拉动触头，辅助触头也分离，在辅助触头之间产生电弧，电弧在灭弧罩狭缝中被拉长，同时灭弧罩产生气体，在电流过零时，将电弧熄灭。
Drop-out fuse cutout and load switching fuse cutout are of outdoor used high voltage protective device.To be connecte with incoming feeder ofdistribution transformer or distribution lines it mainly protect dansformer orlines from shod circuit and overload.and on/off loading current.Drop. out fuse cutout is composed of insulat Insulator suppods and fuse tube. static contacts is fixed on two sides of insulator support and moving con tact jS instaled on two ends of fuse tube.Fuse tube iS composed of inside arc-extinguishing tube，outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. Load switching fuse cutout provides enforedelastic auxiliary con. tactsand arcextinguishing exclosure for switching on/off loading current.
Alnormally workingvia fuselink tightened Ihe fuse tube iS fixed to formup of close position.1n case system occure faults，fault currenl result infuse melt immediately and take place electric arc.which let arc.extin. guishing tube being heated andexplodea lot of gas.Thiswill produce high pressure and blow off the arc along with tube.After fuselink melt moving contact has no tightened strength again，mechanism is locked and fuse tube drop out.Cutout now is in open position.When it needs to switchn off during cutout loadin9，operator shall via insulating operating barpull the moving contact，at its beginning main contact and auxiliary static contact is contacted stil.Whiling pulling the auxiliary contact is separated between auxiliary contacts there occur electric arc and the arc will be lengthened in arcextinguishing enclosure gap and meanwhile arc-extinguishing explode gas to blow off the arc during current passing zero.
