PRODUCTINTRODUCTION

UV保护膜(UV减粘胶带)是以各种基材(多为PO、PET、PVC)涂UV光致可剥离压敏胶贴合离型膜制得。此种UV保护膜,贴在晶圆、芯片、偏光片等表面，起固定作用,经UV照射后粘性骤减,UV保护膜可以实现切割后的轻松剥离,从而实现使用前高粘性,使用后低粘性的切割保护膜的应用需求。主要用于晶圆片、玻璃、OLED以及半导体等各类电子元器件切割工艺。公司产品型号为SAU3404、SAU3406、SAU3407、SAU3409、SAU3409-A、SAU3351、SAU3352等。

UV protective film(UVdebonding tape)is manufactured bycoating UV-light-curable pelable pressure-sensitiveadhesive ontovarioussubstrates(typicallPO,PET,orPVC),followedbylaminationwithareleasefilm.This UVfilmisappliedto surfacessuchaswafers,chips,andpolarizers toprovidetemporaryfixation.Afterwaferdicing,exposuretoUVradiation significantlyreducesitsadhesion,allowingthefilmtobeeasilyremoved.Thisfulfilstheapplicationrequirementforadicing protective film that exhibits strong adhesion during useand lowadhesionafter UV exposure.It is primarilyused in dicing processes forelectroniccomponents including wafers,glassOLEDs,and semiconductors.Keyproduct models include SAU3404,SAU3406,SAU3407,SAU3409,SAU3409-A,SAU3351,and SAU3352.
