TLCD Tongli Transmission's newly developed TDO chain clip bearing uses a "specially designed noncontact seal"and anewly developed cage,as well as imported food-grade fluorine grease with long life, lowvolatility，and excellent heat resistance，which suppresses grease leakageand improves seizure resistance.Compared with most similar chain clip bearings currntly available,the amount of grease leakage isreduced by 6 0 % and the seizure resistance is improved by 3 5 % without reducing torque performance.

轴承的正确保管 Proper storage of bearings

轴承是精密零件，为保持其精度，存放环境需控制：

(1)相对湿度60%以下场所(2)离地20公分以上之存放架(3)轴承叠放时，需避免外箱变形

轴承的安装Installationofbearings

安装轴承时，如铁锤等直接敲击轴承端面可能损伤轴承，因此务须在轨道环圆周上施加均等压力来装入轨道环。又如对某一方的轨道环(警如外环)施加压力，经由滚动体将另一方的轨道环(警如内环)压入则轨道面会发生压痕或伤痕，应予避免。

安装轴承须具备有清洁及干燥的工作场所。特别是超小及特小滚珠轴承的组装若有尘埃侵入即大为影响轴承性能，因此应在无尘室进行，且必须检查轴承安装部位的尺寸精度、形状精度和光度，确认这些量度都在容许公差内。除以上事项外，其它应注意事项如下：

(1)轴及轴承壳(箱)之配合面：

毛边、碰伤、凸出部、锈痕、油污等去除，另外，端面一小段予以涂上油润滑，如锭子油(Spindle Oil)插入时会更容易。其作业程序如下页图。

(2)组装用制工具：

冲或压床等组装用制工具，选择合适之尺寸与轴承接触部位：安装工具上的污垢、毛边、切屑等都必须除去。(3）轴承：

轴承须在安装前才拆封。又轴承是在非常干净之制程中生产之高精密制品，请不要再作任何其他之加工，如清洗。

轴承在组入轴或轴承箱时，如果有毛边、灰尘异物等在装设面，轴承无法有正确之机能，在运转时亦可能发生振动及噪音之异常情形。

以对折方式拆封，相邻轴承会互相挤压，造成密封板凹陷。
建议客户以刀片割开胶膜，再将轴承轻轻倒出。

轴承轨道面与滚动体间以非常小之接触面积受回转运动，因此过大之荷重及冲击力皆会造成接触面压痕，因此敲或掉落必须避免发生。
