PRODUCT OVERVIEW

①本系列横流式冷却风机，采用国外先进的横流式结构，配用微特电机转动，广泛用于干式变压器，电控框等，能大幅度提高变压器等产品的过负运行能力。

②本厂生产的GF系列风机深受全国各干式变压器公司的信赖，产品规格齐全(30KVA-20000KVA容量的干式变压器均可配套使用)，每台于式变压器视容量大小可配置GF风机四至六台，其主要类型有三种:(1)侧吹式风机;(2)顶吹式风机;(3)三防风机(TH)。

③本厂生产的GF系列风机全部采用进口的SUS304镜面不锈钢板和高强度铝合金板材并配用专业厂家生产的名牌电机和进口的NSK及NTN优质轴承制造而成，坚固耐用，质量可靠，性能优良，其优点：(1)能耗低，风量大，冷却效果好；(2)造型美观，结构合理，安装方便，牢固可靠；(3)振动小，噪声低，运动平衡，使用寿命长。

① This series of cross-flow cooling fans adopts foreign advanced cross-flow structure and is equipped with micro-motor rotation. It is widely used in dry-type transformers, electric control frames, etc., and can greatly improve the over-load operation capability of transformers and other products.

②The GF series fans produced by our factory are deeply trusted by dry-type transformer companies across the country. The product specifications are complete (30KVA-200OOKVA capacity dry-type transformers can be used together). Each Yutype transformer can be equipped with four to GF fans depending on the capacity. Six units, with three main types: (1) Sideblowing fan; (2) Top-blowing fan; (3) Three-proof fan (TH).

③The GF series fans produced by our factory are all made of imported SUS304 mirror stainless steel plates and highstrength aluminum alloy plates, and are equipped with famous brand motors produced by professional manufacturers and imported NSK and NTN high-quality bearings. 工作原理

WORKING PRINCIPLE

GF系列冷却风机用于千式变压器时，风机置于线圈两侧，冷风直接吹进干式变压器线圈高、低压冷却气道，散热效果明显，保证于式变压器的正常运行及延长使用寿命。风机开停及变压器的超温报警，超温跳闸等功能，由温控装置提供。

When the GF series cooling fan is used in a dry-type transformer, the fans are placed on both sides of the coil, and the cold air blows directly into the high and low-voltage cooling air ducts of the dry-type transformer coil. The heat dissipation effect is obvious, ensuring the normal operation of the drytype transformer and extending its service life. Functions such as fan start and stop and transformer over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip are provided by the temperature control device.

正常使用条件

NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS

①环境温度5-40度。

②空气相对温度不大于95%。(25℃时)

③海拔不超过1000m。

④无腐蚀性、爆炸性气焊。

★如超过以上正常使用条件与制造厂家协商解决。

① Ambient temperature 5-40 degrees.

安装

INSTALL

①安装前检查机壳内是否有遗留物，各部位连接是否牢固。

②风机的固定支架必须有足够的刚性，以免产生震动。

③风机接入的电源电压，转向应与电机上的额定电压，转向相符，同一台变压器的电机可单独或并联接到电源或控制器。较大风量的电机应加装中间继电器控制。单相风机转向出厂试机时已调整好(转向已对)用户直接通电源后即可使用，三相风机使用时应。

④使风轮转向与实际标明转向一致后方可投入使用，如方向不一致可任意调换三相电源中的两相即可。

① Before installation, check whether there is anything left in the casing and whether the connections of all parts are firm.

② The fixed bracket of the fan must be rigid enough to avoid vibration.

③ The power supply voltage and steering direction connected to the fan should be consistent with the rated voltage and steering direction on the motor. Motors with the same transformer can be connected to the power supply or controller individually or in parallel. Motors with larger air volume should be equipped with intermediate relay control. The steering direction of the single-phase fan has been adjusted (the direction is correct) during the factory test run. The user can use it directly after turning on the power. The three-phase fan should be used.

④ Make the direction of the wind wheel consistent with the actual marked direction before it can be put into use. If the direction is inconsistent, you can arbitrarily exchange two phases of the three-phase power supply.

维护与使用

MAINTENANCE AND USE

①风机使用前要测试绝缘电阻阻值应大于2兆欧，热态或湿度较大时，绝缘电阻应不低于0.5兆欧。

②风机启动前请检查外观是否完好，连接是否可靠，风轮转动应灵活无阻滞。

③定期清除风机内的积尘，以防止影响风量。

① Before using the fan, the insulation resistance should be tested and the resistance should be greater than 2 megohms. When the fan is hot or humid, the insulation resistance should be no less than 0.5 megohms.

② Before starting the fan, please check whether the appearance is intact, whether the connection is reliable, and the wind wheel should rotate flexibly without obstruction.

③Regularly clear the dust inside the fan to prevent affecting the air volume.

BW10系列干式变压器温控器采用美国著名品牌MICROCHP公司的单片机并结合C调整与存储技术设计生产的新一代高品质智能仪器，其结构合理，性能稳定，操作简单，安装方便，是干式变压器冷却系统必不可少的重要的保护装置。本产品符合JB/T7631-2016《变压器用电子温控器》标准和EIC61000-4:1995标准。

BW10 series dry-type transformer temperature controller, a new generation smart instrument, adopts the single chipmicrocomputer of MICROCHP, a famous American brand, and is designed and manufactured by applying I2C adjustment and storagetechnology. 2. 风机手动控制功能：(此功能也可作为检验冷却风机是否正常运转)

当三相中的最高相温度低于设定的70°C时，按一下“风机手动”健，风机运转，同时面板上“手动”灯亮，“风机”灯亮；再按一下“风机手动”键，风机停止运转，同时面板上的“手动”灯灭，“风机”灯灭(提示:若三相中的最高相温度介于70℃-80C之间或高于80C时，此时按一下“风机手动”键，风机运转，再按一下“风机手动”键，风机继续运转，当最高相温度冷却至70°C以下时，风机停止运转)。

3. 风机自动启、停功能：

3. Automatic startup and stop function of fan

4. 超温报警功能

5. 超高温跳闸功功能

6. 故障检测功能

当传感器三相中任意有一相短路(显示L)或开路(显示H)时，面板上“故障”灯亮，主控板上的蜂鸣器报警，同时通过主板上的端子输出开关信号一即故障信号；当传感器三相全部短路(三相均显示L)或全部开路(三相均显示H)时，风机强行启动，面板上的“故障”灯亮，主控板上的蜂鸣器报警，同时通过主控板上的端子输出开关信号一即故障信号；当干式变压器保护箱的柜门被打开时，面板上“故障”灯亮，主控板上的蜂鸣器报警，同时，通过主控板上的端子输出开关信号一即故障信号(注:主控板上柜门行程的输入是通过柜门上的行程开关或按压开关连接的)。

6.Fault detection function

When all of the three phases of sensor short-circuit (all indicating L)orare open-circuit (all indicating H), the fan will force a startup, the "Fault" indicator lamp on the panel will glow and the buzzer on themaster control board will sound to give a warming and meanwhile output switching signal, i.e. fault signal, through the terminal on themaster controlboard. hen the door of protection box of drytype transformer is opened, the "Fault" indicator lamp on the panel willglow and the buzzer on the master control board will sound to give a waming and meanwhile output switching signal, i.e. fault sienalthrough the terminal on the master control board (note: the input of the door travel on master control board is connected throueh thetravel switch or push switch on the door)

7. 设定值查阅功能

连续按“设置”键，可依次显示1=070即风机关的温度(预设值为70C)，2=080即风机开的温度(预设值为80°C):3=130即超温报警(预设值为130°C):4=150即超温跳闸(预设值为150C);H=024即风机定时起动间隔时间(预设值为24小时);P=001即本机通讯地址(预设值为001:再按“设置”键。返回巡回显示状态。

7.Set value query function

SPECIAL TIPS:

根据用户的需要，门行程开关有两种接线方式供选择：

1、门被打开时，温控内部报警，但不执行跳闸:将前、后门的门行程开关常闭触点与bw10系列6-7(门触点)端子连接，bw10-BR7-8(门触点)端子连接，BW10系列7-8(门触点)端子连接(注:不能与跳闸线圈的公共端子相连接，否则故障灯亮并且报警)。

2、门被打开时，需要即时跳闸:将前、后门的行程开关常闭触点bW10-RS485系列10-14端子并相连接，bw10-RS485(FG)-14连接，BW10-RS485 系列 9-10 端子连接！

快速判断并处理“故障”

FAST JUDGMENT AND HANDLING OF"FAULTS"QUESTION

问题一：面板不显示--直接不亮

检查-220V有没有连接到温控(电源输入端)的端子上，或开关是否打开，这个很重要!!

1. 通用式(黑壳)温控仪bw10-RS485电源输入对应的是1、2端子，如果测量该端子有电压但不显示，建议再把电源先关一下，将6、7端子上的(柜门行程)连接线拆开，再打开电源(一般情况下70-80%故障会排除)，如果还是不显示，更换温控。2.翻盖式(白壳)温控仪bW10-RS485(FG)电源输入对应的是11、12端子，如果测量该端子有电压但不显示，建议再把电源先关一下，将9、10端子上的(柜门行程)连接线拆开，再打开电源(一般情况下70-80%故障会排除)，如果还是不显示，更换温控。3.镶嵌式(灰壳)温控箱BW10-RS485电源输入对应的是空开(微断)的下桩头，如果测量下桩头和上桩头有电压但不显示，建议把温控电源先关一下，将空开（微断）上的盖板和主板上的盖板同时取下，看看上桩头的两根电源线有没有脱落、显示板与主板之间的连接线有没有插上，如果没有发现问题，建议再把7、8端子上的(柜门行程)连接线拆开，上电后(一般情况下70-80%故障会排除)，如果还是不显示，更换温控。

4. 壁挂式(省略)

问题二：温控器报警

1.A、B、C三相均显示“H”，传感器DB9插头没有插上(即传感器与温控器没有连接)。

2.A、B、C三相当中只要有一相温度显示正常，其它相显示“H”，更换传感器(主板次之)。

3.A、B、C三相均显示“L”，传感器不配套，更换传感器(主板次之)。

4.A、B、C三相当中只要有一相温度显示正常，其它相显示"L”，更换传感器(主板次之)。

5.A、B、C三相温度均显示正常，就是报警(超过130C报警正常)，检查变压器外罩的前、后门有没有关好；已关好!再将温控端子上的(柜门行程)连接线拆开(99%故障会排除}，如果还是报警，更换温控。

特别提醒:如果该温控器运行过一段时间(原来是正常的)，后来出现的报警，温控主板损坏的可能性极高(但前提变压器外罩的前、门上面的行程开关一定是好的)，更换温控(传感器次之)。

问题三：风机不启动

风机不启动是指(温控显示正常情况下)“手动风机”不启、温度到了80℃(设置开风机温度)也不启，说明风机回路一定有特大电流(15A以上通过(或风机的负载有卡壳短路的可能)，导致该回路线路板损坏，重点逐个检查风机(特别是用了很长一段时间的风机)，排除后更换温控。

问题四:485 通讯通不上

用MCGS通讯设备测试一下(测试前把现场温控485接口上的连线拆开)如果涵不上，更换温控。

Problem 1: The panel does not display - it does not light up directly

It is important to check if -220V is connected to the terminal of the temperature control (power input) or if the switch is turned on!! 1. The power input of the universal (black shell) temperature controller bw10-RS485 corresponds to terminals 1 and 2. If there is voltage measured at this terminal but it does not display, it is recommended to turn off the power first, disconnect the (cabinet door travel) connecting wires on terminals 6 and 7, and then turn on the power (usually 70-80% of the fault will be resolved). If it still does not display, replace the temperature controller.

2. Flip over (white shell) temperature controller bW10-RS485 (FG) power input corresponds to terminals 11 and 12. If voltage is measured at this terminal but does not display, it is recommended to turn off the power first, disconnect the (cabinet door travel) connection wire on terminals 9 and 10, and then turn on the power (usually 70-80% of the fault will be resolved). If it still does not display, replace the temperature control.

3. The power input of the embedded (gray shell) temperature control box BW10-RS485 corresponds to the lower pile head of the air switch (micro disconnect). If there is voltage between the lower pile head and the upper pile head but it does not display, it is recommended to turn off the temperature control power first, remove the cover plate on the air switch (micro disconnect) and the cover plate on the motherboard at the same time, and check if the two power cables on the upper pile head are detached, and if the connection wire between the display board and the motherboard is plugged in. If no problem is found, it is recommended to disconnect the (cabinet door travel) connection wire on terminals 7 and 8. After powering on (usually 70-80% of the fault will be resolved), if it still does not display, replace the temperature control. 4. Wall mounted (omitted)

Problem 2: Temperature controller alarm

1. A, B, and C all display "H", and the sensor DB9 plug is not plugged in (i.e. the sensor is not connected to the temperature controller). If one of the three phases A, B, and C displays normal temperature and the other phases display "H", replace the sensor (followed by the motherboard).

3. Three phases A, B, and C all display "L", and the sensor is not compatible. Replace the sensor (followed by the motherboard).

4. If one of the three phases A, B, and C displays normal temperature and the other phases display "L", replace the sensor (followed by the motherboard).

5. If the temperature of three-phase A, B, and C is displayed normally, it indicates an alarm (if it exceeds 130 C, the alarm is normal). Check whether the front and rear doors of the transformer cover are properly closed; Closed! Then disconnect the (cabinet door travel) connection wire on the temperature control terminal (99% fault will be resolved). If the alarm still persists, replace the temperature control.

Special reminder: If the temperature controller has been running for a period of time (originally normal) and an alarm occurs later, the possibility of damage to the temperature control motherboard is extremely high (but the travel switches on the front and door of the transformer cover must be good), replace the temperature controller (followed by the sensor).

Problem 3: The fan does not start

Fan failure to start refers to (under normal temperature control display) the "manual fan" not starting, and the temperature not starting even when it reaches 80 °C (set fan temperature), indicating that there must be a large current in the fan circuit (more than 15A passing through (or the fan load may have a jamming short circuit), causing damage to the circuit board of the circuit. It is important to check the fans one by one (especially those that have been used for a long time), and replace the temperature control after troubleshooting.

Problem 4: Unable to communicate with 485

Test using MCGS communication equipment (disconnect the wiring on the 485 interface of the on-site temperature control before testing). If it cannot be connected, replace the temperature control.
