高温液体进入盘管入口,如图中红色箭头所示,液体的热量通过盘管表面散发并传递给翅片。空气加湿
预冷系统由盘管两侧彻底湿润的蒸发式湿帘完成。环境空气被位于顶部的轴流风机吸入机组,并流经蒸
发式湿帘板。空气在通过蒸发式湿帘的过程中湿度增加,干球温度降低(与湿球之间只有几度温差)。
被预冷的空气流过盘管和翅片表面,与盘管内液体充分换热,机组的排热能力得到显著提升。液体的热
量传递给空气,然后排放到大气中。冷却后的液体经盘管出口流出机组,送至用户端,如图中蓝色箭头
所示。
High-temperature liquid enters the coil inlet, as indicated by the red arrow in the figure. The heat of the liquid is dissipated
through the coil surface and transferred to the finsThe air humidification and precooling system is completed by
evaporative wet curtains that are thoroughly wetted on both sides of the coil. Ambient air is drawn into the unit by the axial
flow fan located at the top and flows through the evaporative wet curtain plates. During the process of passing through
the evaporative wet curtains, the humidity of the air increases, and the dry-bulb temperature decreases (there is only a
temperature difference of a few degrees from the wet-bulb temperature).The precooled air flows over the surfaces of the
coil and fins, fully exchanging heat with the liquid inside the coil, which significantly improves the heat rejection capacity of
the unit. The heat of the liquid is transferred to the air and then discharged into the atmosphere. The cooled liquid flows
out of the unit through the coil outlet and is sent to the user end, as shown by the blue arrow in the figure.

空冷器是以环境空气作为冷却介质,经过翅片管外使管
内高温液体得到冷却或冷凝的设备。联众绝热高效空冷
器系统在干式空冷器系统基础上增设了蒸发式湿帘。
An air cooler is a device that uses ambient air as the cooling
medium. It cools or condenses the high-temperature liquid inside
the tubes through the outside of the finned tubes. The Lianzhong
adiabatic efficient air cooler system is added with evaporative wet
curtains on the basis of the dry air cooler system.
绝热高效空冷器系统以湿模式运行时,水流过湿帘,同时吸入机组的空气也通过湿帘,此时由于系统内的压力降
低导致体积膨胀时,就会发生绝热冷却过程,从而对周围环境产生“功”。入口空气的干球温度被降低。降低的
干球温度为机组带来了更大的排热能力。
When the adiabatic efficient air cooler system operates in wet mode, water flows through the wet curtain, and at
the same time, the air drawn into the unit also passes through the wet curtain. At this point, the adiabatic
cooling process occurs when the volume expands due to the pressure drop in the system, thereby producing
\"work\" on the surrounding environment. The dry-bulb temperature of the inlet air is reduced. The reduced dry- bulb temperature brings greater heat rejection capacity to the unit.在低温环境下,绝热空冷器以100%干式运行,最大化减少水的消耗。在干模式工况下,绝热空冷器仅以变频风机低风
速运行,可实现间歇性启动,精准的温度调节大大提高了整机的能效比。
In low-temperature environments, the adiabatic efficient air cooler achieves 100% dry operation, minimizing
water consumption. Under dry mode conditions, the adiabatic air cooler operates only with the variablefrequency fan at a low wind speed, enabling intermittent startup. Precise temperature regulation greatly improves
the energy efficiency ratio of the entire unit.
