隔热条基材选择：聚酰胺尼龙(PA66)

隔热条强化物的选择：玻璃纤维(GF)
玻璃纤维(GF)制成不但提高增强尼龙66强度、耐热耐候性能，而且与铝合金的线膨胀系数极为接近，与型材复合后的整体性能好。
The use of glass fiber (GF) not only enhances the strength, heat resistance, and weather resistance of reinforced nylon 66, but also has a coefficient of linear expansion that is extremely close to that of aluminum alloy, resulting in good overall performance when combined with profiles.

PA66材质(聚酰胺66)为高分子工程塑料，不含重金属及挥发性有毒物质，高温下不释放甲醛、苯等有害气体，安全无味无毒。
PA66 material (polyamide 66) is a polymer engineering plastic that does not contain heavy metals or volatile toxic substances. It does not release harmful gases such as formaldehyde and benzene at high temperatures, and is safe, odorless, and nontoxic.
PROFESSIONAL TESTING 专业检测优化升级
高端的检测仪器，有效保证隔热条的尺寸精度，因为作为隔热型材的主体构件，必须要与铝合金的槽口相匹配，所以除了保证铝合金型材的槽口尺寸要精确外，隔热条的尺寸也必须精确，否则辊轧不到位或辊轧过度，可能对隔热条造成结构性断裂。
High end testing instruments effectively ensure the dimensional accuracy of insulation strips. As the main component of insulation profiles, it must match the groove size of aluminum alloy. Therefore, in addition to ensuring the accuracy of the groove size of aluminum alloy profiles, the size of insulation strips must also be precise. Otherwise, if the rolling is not in place or excessive, it may cause structural fracture to the insulation strips.
选用全密闭模腔+软件直控温的无转子硫化仪，重点监测t90、MH、焦烧时间三项参数，通过曲线分析可预判隔热条的长期耐久性，为门窗系统节能性能提供数据支撑。
评估隔热条在臭氧环境下的耐老化性能，这项检测确保隔热条的长期耐久性至关重要。
通过拉伸曲线分析，预判隔热条在极端温度或长期应力下的失效风险，优化材料配方与生产工艺。
