浙江宏盛造船有限公司成立于2004年，2005年投 入造船生产 ，注册资金5000万

先水平。船上配备检验、X 光、B 超、CT、标准化手术室等完整医疗舱室及设备，搭载直升

机平台，能同时容纳 12 名船员与 38 名医护及救援志愿者协同作业；甲板可装载 16 个标准

集装箱，承载 1000 多吨救灾物资与全套救援装备，既能开展地震、洪水等灾害救援培训，更

可快速响应国际紧急救援、灾后恢复、海上搜救、海外撤侨等重大任务。

This vessel integrates three core functions: offshore medical services, disaster emergency

response, and professional skills training, achieving a globally leading level in

comprehensive strength. The ship is equipped with complete medical cabins and facilities

including laboratories, X-ray, B-ultrasound, CT scanners, and standardized operating

rooms. It also features a helicopter deck, supporting simultaneous operations by 12 crew

members and 38 medical personnel/rescue volunteers. The deck can accommodate 16

standard containers, carrying over 1,000 tons of disaster relief supplies and complete

rescue equipment. The vessel is capable of conducting disaster response training for

earthquakes, floods, and other emergencies, while rapidly mobilizing for international

emergency rescue missions, post-disaster recovery, maritime search and rescue

operations, and overseas citizen evacuations.
