1、用途

适用于输送不含固体颗粒和纤维，无腐蚀性，温度不高于120℃，粘度为5×10-6\~1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500cSt)的润滑油或性质类似润滑油的其它液体以及用于液压传动系统。

降低泵的转速，输送介质的粘度可到5×104cSt。

2、应用范围

在输油系统中可用作传输，增压泵：

在燃油系统中可用作输送、加压、喷射的燃油泵；

在液压传动系统中可用作提供液压动力的液压泵；

在一切工业领域中，均可作润滑油泵用。

3、结构特点

本系列齿轮泵主要有齿轮、轴、泵体、泵盖、轴承套、轴端密封等组成。齿轮采用双圆弧正弦曲线齿形制造。它与渐开线齿轮相比最突出的优点是齿轮啮合过程中齿廓面没有相对滑动，所以齿面无磨损，运转平稳，无困液现象，噪音低、寿命长、效率高。该泵摆脱了传统设计的束缚，使得齿轮泵在设计、生产和使用上进入了一个新的领域。

泵设有安全阀作为超载保护，安全阀全回流压力为泵额定排出压力的1.5倍。也可在允许排出压力范围内根据实际需要另行调整。但注意本安全阀不能作减压阀长期工作，需要时可在管路上另行安装。

泵轴端密封设计为两种形式，一种为机械密封，一种是填料密封，可根据具体使用情况和用户要求确定。

从主轴外伸端向泵看，为顺时针旋转。

1.Application:

2.Application Scope

It can give performance as transfer pump of booster pump in oil delivery system, and fuel pump for delivery, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system. It can be also applied as hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic system and in all industry fields as lubricating pump.

3.Features

YCB series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves and axle-end seal, etc. The gears are adoped double circular teech shape, which makes the gears less wear on gear surface, stable revolution, low noise, long service life and high efficiency, due to no sliding on the teeth during gear falling-in. This of pump has got rid of kind traditional design and come into a new decade in designing application.

The pump is designed with safety valve for protection against overload.The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than the rated exhaust pressure of the pump.It can be adjused within the allowance of exhaust pressure range according to circumstance. But please note the safety valve can' t be applied as presusurereducing valve for long time. You may install pressure-reducing valve separately on pipe-line if needed.

There are two kinds of axle-end seals,mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be chosen according to the clients' requirement or application circumstance.

The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from coupling end.

KCB系列齿轮泵KCB SERIES GEAR PUMP

1、用途

泵内有设计合理的泄油槽和回油槽，使齿轮在工作中承受的扭矩力最小，因此轴承负荷小，磨损小，泵效率高。

KCB series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover,safety valve and axle-end seals etc.The heatteratde gears have the advantage of higher hardness and intensity,androtate with the axles inside the replaceable bearing sleeves. All of pump's parts can be lubricated by delivered medium when working.

The pump is properly designed with leakage and return chute. which lets the gears bear the least torque force and reduces load and wear on bearings in order to raise pump's efficiency.

It is also designed with safty valve for protection against overload The full return flow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times higher than the rated exhaust pressure of the pump. It can be also adjusted within the allowance of exhaust pressure range according to circumstances. But please note the safty valve can' t be applied as pressurereducing valve for long time. You may install pressurereducing valve separately on pipe-line if needed.

2CY series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves and axle-end seals, etc. (Speical requirement, magnetic force drive and zero-leakage structure can be selected.) The nitriding-treated gears have the advantage of higher hardness and wear property, and they rotate with the axles inside the replaceable bearing sleeves. All of pump' s parts can be lubricated by delivered medium when working.

Four properly sleeves are installed suspended in pump body and can be automatically adjusted with facing gaps clearance complying with pressure change, therefore, it results in stable pump pressure, little discharge, flow pulsation and higher volume efficiency.

ZYB型煤焦油泵、渣油泵 ZYB TYPE COAL TAR PUMP AND SLAG PUMP

1、概述

ZYB型系列渣油泵采用自封式润滑，间隙自动调节结构，主要零件均高耐磨材料制造。具有结构紧凑、自吸性好、效率高、适应性强等特点，在输送液体含有杂质的场会，泵的工作寿命比一般齿轮泵长3-5倍。

本型泵的设计充分考虑了与KCB系列普通齿轮泵的互换，外形及安装尺寸以及技术参数与KCB系列齿轮泵完全同。因此本型泵也称KCB系列“强劲型”，在输送有润滑无杂质的介质时更显示出泵的长寿命、压力稳定的重要特点。

本型泵适用于输送温度不高于240℃，粘度不大于500cst含有非金属杂质的重油、柴油、煤焦油以及粮油、化工、建材、日用化学制品等行业输送有杂质、少润滑的各种介质。

本型泵更特别适用于要求工作压力稳定、长期连续工作的场合。例如:强力润滑系统、燃烧油系统中的燃油输送及喷射等。

1、Brief Introduction

The ZYB series slag oil pump adopts self sealing lubrication, automatic clearance adjustment structure, and the main components are made of high wear-resistant materials. The pump has the characteristics of compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency, and strong adaptability. When transporting liquids containing impurities, the working life of the pump is 3-5 times longer than that of a general gear pump.

The design of this pump fully considers the interchangeability with KCB series ordinary gear pumps, and the appearance, installation dimensions, and technical parameters are completely the same as KCB series gear pumps. 1、适用范围

适于输送无腐蚀性、不含固体颗粒、在常温下有凝固性的介质。尤其适用于高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中介质需要保温的场合，介质温度可达250℃、粘度为5—1500cst。

2、用途

用于输送重油、沥青、胶类、树脂、洗涤剂等。

3、结构特点

该泵的泵体设有空心夹层，并设有进出口法兰，可用于导热油、蒸气、热水等媒体对输送的液体和泵进行加热保温及冷却。

1、适用范围

该泵适用于输送有腐蚀性、不含固体颗粒、温度不高于300℃粘度范围5-1500cst的重油，稠机械油，沥青、胶类、树脂、洗涤剂等各类在常温下有凝固性及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合。

2、用途

适用于石油、化工、食品、木材等行业。

结构特点：

该泵主要有保温层泵体、泵盖、轴、齿轮、进出循环法兰等部件组成，可输送稠度较高的介质。

3、主要特征

1.Brief Introduction

WCB gear oil pump (ordinary type, stainless steel type): WCB gear oil pump belongs to low-pressure micro portable energy-saving oil transfer pump, which is most suitable for loading and unloading oil in unit oil drums without power supply. The gears are made of alloy steel and adopt special heat treatment process. The surface hardness of the gears can reach HRC60 or above, with strong wear resistance and improved pump life. Compared with ordinary gear pumps, this pump has strong applicability in conveying liquids with no lubrication or poor lubrication.

1、适用范围

主要用于输送各种润滑性差、含有细微颗粒的介质，温度不超过250℃，粘度小于1500cst。

用于渣油、煤焦油、落地油、沥青、泡沫原料及添加剂等介质的输送、加压，是玻璃、泡沫、建材、化工、建筑、石油、粮油行业理想的输送加压设备。

WZYB外润滑齿轮泵WYZB EXTERNAL LUBRICATION GEAR PUMP

1、适用范围

外润滑齿轮泵适用于输送无润滑性，有腐蚀性，卫生条件要求高不含有固体颗粒，纤维等物质的一般粘度和高粘度的流体。广泛用于机械、石油、化工、食品、医药、冶金、印染、酿造、化妆品、饮料等行业。

2、结构型式

(1) 工作原理

具有内齿的驱动齿轮（外转子）带动内转子在全封闭的泵体内作同方向转动，泵体的前盖的月牙板使吸入口和排出口隔开。运转时在吸入口形成负压，液体被吸入，转子将液体带到排出口，受压排出泵体，完成了液体的输送。

(2) 结构

如图1，泵主要由内外转子、轴、泵体、前盖、托架、密封、轴承等组成。密封有机械密封和填料密封两种形式，对于高温、高粘稠度及腐蚀性较强的介质，选用填料密封。

输送易结晶物料时，在前盖和泵体上可设计带有保温夹套，工作时通蒸汽保温融化。泵可配安全阀，当泵或管路系统超压时，安全阀打开，形成内部回流，保证系统安全。

从电机端向泵看，为顺时针旋转。

(1)Work principle

Driving gear (outside rotor) with internal tooth drives the internal rotor and turns in same direction in the full closed pump body. The pump casing and crescent of the front cover separate the inlet from the outlet. When it turns, negative pressure formed at the suction port, the liquid inhaled and being take to the outlet by roto, then the liquid is expelled from the discharge port as the gears mesh. The transport- tation of liquid finished.

(2)Structure Feature

As figure I, The pumps are mainly composed of internal rotor, outside rotor, shaft, pump casing, front cover, seal, bearing etc.

The pump seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the delivered medium is high temperature, high visc or strong corrosion, packing seal should be adopted.

When the delivered medium is easy crystallinic, we can design the heat preservation jacket in pump casing and front cover in order to melt the medium with steam when working. The pump can be also fitted with the safty valve.

The pump set is composed of the pump, motor and baseplate. The direction way is belt wheel driving or coupling driving.

The direction of rotation is clockwise vievoed from coupling end.

LQ3A TYPE CAM ROTOR PUMP

1、概述：

（1）特点：该泵属于回转式容积泵，效率高，寿命长，适于输送温度-30℃\~+180℃，粘度30\~1.0×10⁵cSt,含有固体颗粒的悬浮液体及具有腐蚀性和卫生性要求高的介质，泵体内部与介质接触的零部件均采用不锈钢材料，并且可以根据介质不同的物理特性，改变泵的转速。

It' s mainly composed of rotary lobe, shaft seal, gear box. A pair of synchronous driving gears drive rotary lobe to deliver medium. The shaft seal can be designed with packing seal or mechanical seal according to the specific working conditions. The pump uses high strength cast-iron gearbox, spiral gears and heavy load bearings in order to ensure the pump for long time.

You needn' t disassemble gearbox but adjust rotary lobe chearance because of special assembling way.

泵腔内有一偏心凸块，当挠性叶片离开偏心块时，叶片之间的容积不断增大，产生真空，这使得液体不间断地被吸入泵腔入口部。
