3、Safety precautions
Precautions for safe use of automata
1. To prevent accidents caused by electric shock, please do not open the cover
of the motor electrical box or touch the parts inside the electrical box when
the power is turned on。
1. To prevent personal injury, please do not operate the machine with safety
devices such as belt guards and finger guards removed.
2.To prevent personal accidents caused by being caught up in the machine, please
do not let your fingers, hair, or clothes get close to the pulley, V-belt, or
motor during the operation of the sewing machine, and do not place items on
it.
3.To prevent personal injury, do not place your fingers near the needle when
turning on the power or when the sewing machine is in operation.
4.To prevent personal injury, please do not place your fingers inside the cover
of the thread picking rod while the sewing machine is in operation.
5.When the sewing machine is running, it rotates at high speed. To prevent
injury to hands, please never let your hands get close to the cloth cutter during
operation. Also, please make sure to turn off the power when replacing the power
cord.
6.To prevent personal injury, please be careful not to pinch your fingers when
the sewing machine moves up and down or returns to its original position.
7. During the operation of the sewing machine, please do not cut off the power
or air supply.
8.To prevent accidents caused by sudden starting, please remove the fabric
guide when the preparation work is completed and the sewing is ready.
9.To prevent accidents caused by electric shock, please do not operate the
sewing machine while removing the power ground wire.
10. To prevent accidents caused by electric shock and damage to electrical
components, please make sure to turn off the power switch before plugging in
or unplugging the power plug.
11.To prevent accidents caused by damage to electrical components, please stop
working and unplug the power plug for safety during lightning strikes.
12.To prevent accidents caused by damage to electrical components,
condensation may occur when moving from a cold place to a warm place
immediately. Therefore, please wait until the water droplets are completely
dry before turning on the power.
13. As this product belongs to precision machinery, please be careful not to
splash water or oil onto the machine during operation, and do not let the machine
fall and cause impact.
14. This machine is an A-grade industrial machine. If using this machine in
a home environment, there is a possibility of radio interference. At this time,
please take appropriate measures to solve the problem of radio interference.

15. After turning off the power switch during the operation of the stacker,
the stacker rod will move, so please be careful not to pinch your fingers, etc.
16. After turning off the power switch during the cloth presser foot action,
please be careful not to pinch your fingers.
17. During the folding operation, please be careful not to let the cylinder
clamp your fingers when placing your fingers inside the folding machine。*Important safety information:
Improper operation of the machine may cause personal injury. Please readthis√instruction carefully and operate it correctly before operation.√Before the machine is officially powered on, please ventilate first.√ It is strictly prohibited to open the internal parts of the electroniccontrolbox or touch screen while powered on. √This machine needs to be used after receiving training or under theguidanceof a dedicated person to ensure the personal safety of the user.

4、Key Function Description
4.1Key Function Description
(1):Emergency stop button - jog button to stop the equipment from running。(2):Power switch - After rotating 90 °, the device is ventilated and poweredon。(3) Foot switch - when the back foot is pressed and lifted, the front machine headmotorstarts (for example, when pressing the emergency stop halfway through sewing, continuingto sew requires the use of foot control))。

5、Operating instructions
5.1Preparation work before operation
√ When the operator checks, the machine head must be in a stopped state
√Check if the stitching has been correctly threaded
√Check if the needle has been installed properly
√ Clean the debris on the machine table to ensure that there are no obstaclestotheoperation of the machine during operation
√Check if the eye protection panel has been installed correctly
5.2 Operation process description
1 start equipment
Rotate the power switch 90 °4.1-(2) ,4.1-(4)-a Choose language,2 Set parameters (refer to 6.2 for details)
3 Adjustment of pressure wheel angle and force (refer to 6.3 for details)
4 Pressure plate height adjustment (refer to 6.4 for details)
5 Sewing (taking process 5 as an example)
1)The initial state of the presser foot is lifted (see 6.2.2.1 for details);2)Lay the cutting flat and place it under the presser foot, as shown in the rightfigure;3)The optical eye senses the fabric, and the machine automatically completessewing,thread cutting, and material collection。
Note: For multilateral sewing, only the last process (process 4 or 5) has a materialreceiving function。

6.2 Parameter settings
6.2.1 Monitoring interface description
1.There are seven working sequences (red button shown in the above figure), selectoneprocess, and the real-time process will be displayed on the left side of the monitoringinterface. According to the real-time process display, sew the corresponding edgeofthefabric.

6.2.2 Setting Interface Description
1. :Pressure foot lifting and pressing settings

6.3Adjustment of pressure wheel angle and force
1.Pressure wheel angle
Loosen the bottom fastening screw and adjust the extension length of the tensionspringrod to adjust the pressure wheel angle。

6.4 Pressure plate height adjustment
