2、基础地面抗压强度>25Mpa,粘结拉拔强度> 1.5Mpa(通行车辆环境)、>1.0Mpa(高人流量环境),无起砂、空鼓
、破损等现象。(参考 GB50209-2010 标准)
3、基础地面的平整度应在 2m 支持范围内不平整度应小于 2mm。(参考 GB50209-2010 标准)
4、基础地面无油污、胶液、蜡等污染物。
5、基础地面无裂痕,如有缝隙,需经过专业处理地面后,方可施工。
6、基础地面应作防潮处理。
7、如果是老地面改造,一案一议,咨询我公司技术部门。(环氧树脂涂装底面、水磨石、石材、水泥砂浆等底面
的处置方法完全不同。)
施工标准 Construction standards
Requirements for the base ground:
1.It must be dry. The moisture content should be ≤6% (for concrete base) and ≤4% (for mortar base).
2.The compressive strength of the base ground should be >25Mpa. The bonding and pulling strength should be
>1.5Mpa (in vehicle - passing environments) and >1.0Mpa (in high - pedestrian - flow environments). There should be
no phenomena such as sand - rising, hollowing, or damage. (Refer to the GB50209 - 2010 standard)
3..The flatness of the base ground should be such that the unevenness within a 2m support range is less than 2mm.
(Refer to the GB50209 - 2010 standard)
4..The base ground should be free of pollutants such as oil stains, glue, and wax.
5..The base ground should have no cracks. If there are gaps, professional ground treatment must be carried out before
construction.
6..The base ground should be treated with moisture - proof measures.
7.For renovation of old grounds, each case will be discussed individually. Please consult the technical department of
our company. (The treatment methods for epoxy - painted floors, terrazzo, stone, cement mortar, etc. are completely
different.)
1 ①根据客户对地坪铺设要求和现场实际情况,确定卷材铺设位置。根据测量数据切割卷
材,或根据设计方案进行裁剪。
②根据设计方案剪裁卷材进行铺设,用记号笔沿卷材边沿划线,防止铺贴时卷材移位,卷
材与卷材之间采用搭接重叠铺装,重叠宽度大约 3cm。
① According to the client's requirements for floor tiling and the actual on - site situation,
determine the laying position of the membrane. Cut the membrane according to the
measurement data or as per the design plan.
② Cut the membrane as per the design plan for laying. Use a marker pen to draw lines along the
edge of the membrane to prevent the membrane from shifting during paving. Adopt
overlapping laying for the membranes, with an overlapping width of approximately 3 cm.
材料剪裁、预铺 Material cutting and dry - laying
2 ①首先将预铺卷材的一端以不对称的方式掀起后翻至另一端。
注意:掀起和拉时要注意平衡,不歪斜;卷材卷折处应有一定幅度,防止卷材有折痕;检
查掀开后的地面和卷材背面是否有杂质、砂粒等如果有需及时进行清理,否则砂粒、
杂物等存在会使铺装后表面有突起、不平整。
②按照掀起的预刮胶面积计算配胶料的多少,然后按照聚氨酯双组份地板胶的配比
(A:B=5:1)进行称量。
注意:聚氨酯双组份胶的用料大约250g/m;使用前请仔细阅读胶水说明;配胶量切勿过
多,防止胶水固化影响施工;配比一定要严格,否则可能出现粘贴不牢。
③用手动搅拌机搅拌已经称量好的胶水,搅拌2~3分钟,充分搅拌均匀。
④用刮胶板(推荐使用 A2 型刮条)将胶水均匀铺装在地坪上。
注意:涂胶时务必要均匀地涂满待铺地面,不能留下未涂到胶的死角或凹凸不平的涂
胶处;刮胶不均匀会导致卷材铺装后表面不平整、刮痕印明显等。
⑤刮胶后,用手指触摸胶水,有拉丝现象即为卷材铺设最佳时间。
注意:时间过长会导致胶水固化而致使粘结不牢。
① First, lift one end of the pre - laid membrane in an asymmetrical way and turn it over to
the other end.
Note: When lifting and pulling, pay attention to balance and avoid skewing. There should
be a certain degree of curvature at the folded part of the membrane to prevent creases.
Check whether there are impurities, sand grains, etc. on the exposed ground and the back
of the membrane. If there are, clean them up in time. Otherwise, the presence of sand
grains and debris may cause protrusions and unevenness on the surface after paving.
② Calculate the amount of glue needed according to the pre - glued area of the lifted
membrane, and then weigh it according to the ratio of the two - component polyurethane
floor glue (A:B = 5:1).
Note: The consumption of the two - component polyurethane glue is approximately
250g/m². Please read the glue instructions carefully before use. Do not prepare too much
glue to prevent the glue from curing and affecting the construction. The ratio must be strict,
otherwise the adhesion may not be firm.
③ Stir the weighed glue with a manual mixer for 2 - 3 minutes until it is thoroughly mixed.
④ Use an adhesive spreading board (recommended A2 - type scraping strip) to evenly
spread the glue on the floor.
Note: When applying the glue, make sure to evenly cover the surface to be paved. Do not
leave any dead corners without glue or unevenly applied areas. Uneven glue spreading
will lead to an uneven surface and obvious scratch marks after the membrane is laid.
⑤ After applying the glue, touch the glue with your finger. The best time to lay the
membrane is when there is a string - pulling phenomenon.
Note: If the time is too long, the glue will cure, resulting in poor adhesion.
刮胶 Apply adhesive
3 ①将掀起的卷材沿着划好的基准线小心的原位推放铺贴。
注意:铺设后,防止卷材偏移、错位,保证接缝处卷材交叠便于拼缝切割。
②卷材粘贴后,先用软木块推压地板表面进行平整并挤出空气,用软木块从材料中间
位置向两端及两边推压放气。随后用50公斤或70公斤地板滚压轮均匀滚压地板,以赶
尽气泡为准。
注意:卷材叠加10公分处暂不滚压,以保证拼缝切割操作;墙面及墙角部分覆盖的卷材
要用手充分压紧;卷材表面的胶水应及时擦除。
③拼缝切割,软木推赶出气泡后,马上用拼缝切割工具(手动推刀、导轨推刀等)从材
料叠加位置中间切开,以保证两块卷材的边沿拼接无空隙。
注意:拼接切边要及时,在胶水硬化之前进行,否则会出现边沿粘贴不牢、翘起;最好
一刀割断。
④然后用软木将拼缝处压实,粘贴紧密,再用50Kg或者70Kg滚压轮推压卷材,使已
贴好的卷材更加平整。应在一个半小时内每15分钟来回滚压一次。完成如发现局部有
翘边或裙边无法粘实时用热风枪处理,局部严重时可用重物长时间压置。
① Carefully push and lay the lifted membrane back to its original position along the drawn
reference line.
Note: After laying, prevent the membrane from shifting or misaligning, and ensure that the
membranes overlap at the joints for easy joint cutting.
② After the membrane is pasted, first use a cork block to push and press the surface of the
floor to flatten it and expel air. Use the cork block to push and press from the middle of the
material towards both ends and sides to release air. Subsequently, use a 50 - kilogram or
70 - kilogram floor roller to evenly roll the floor until all the bubbles are removed.
Note: Do not roll the 10 - centimeter overlapping part of the membrane for the time being
to ensure joint - cutting operation. Press the membrane covering the wall and corner parts
firmly by hand. Wipe off the glue on the surface of the membrane in a timely manner.
③ For joint cutting, immediately after the bubbles are expelled by the cork, use joint -
cutting tools (such as a manual push - knife, guide - rail push - knife) to cut through the
middle of the overlapping part of the material to ensure that there are no gaps at the
edges of the two membranes when they are joined.
Note: The joint - cutting should be carried out in a timely manner, before the glue hardens.
Otherwise, the edges may not stick firmly and may warp. It is best to cut it in one go.
④ Then use a cork to press the joint firmly to make it stick tightly, and then use a 50 - Kg or
70 - Kg roller to push and press the membrane to make the pasted membrane even flatter.
Roll back and forth once every 15 minutes within one and a half hours. If there are local
warping edges or skirt edges that cannot be adhered firmly after completion, handle them
with a hot - air gun. In case of serious local problems, use heavy objects to press for a long
time.
铺设 lay
4 ①开槽必须在胶水完全固化后进行。使用专用的开槽器沿接缝处进行开槽,为使焊接
牢固,开缝不应透底,建议开槽深度为地板厚度的2/3。
②在开缝器无法开刀的未端部位,请使用手动开缝器以同样的深度和宽度开缝。
③焊缝之前,须清除槽内残留的灰尘和碎料。
① Slotting must be done after the adhesive has fully cured. Use a dedicated slotter to slot
along the joint. To ensure a secure welding, the opening should not penetrate the bottom.
It is recommended that the slotting depth be 2/3 of the floor thickness.
② At the end where the stapler cannot cut, please use a manual stapler to sew with the
same depth and width.
③ Before welding, the residual dust and debris in the groove must be removed.
开槽 Slotting
5 冷焊方法:
优维斯高分子工业卷材可使用填缝剂焊缝,填缝剂又称冷焊(双组份)
①开槽:可采用手工或机械开槽,以接缝为中心开启焊槽2-3毫米宽。
②沿槽两边粘贴美纹纸。
③调配填缝剂,将 A、B组填缝剂按比例混合搅拌均匀。
④灌入专用胶桶中,用硅胶枪将填缝剂打入槽内。
⑤使用专用填刀挂平缝口,等待填缝剂固化后,撕去两边美纹纸即可。
热焊方法:
①可选用手工焊枪或自动焊接设备进行焊缝。
②焊枪的湿度应设置于350度左右。
③以适当的焊接速度(保证焊条熔化),匀速地将焊条挤压入开好的槽中。
④在焊条半冷却时,用焊条修平器或月型割刀将焊条高于地板平。
⑤当焊条完全冷却后,在使用焊条修平器或月型割刀把焊条余下的凸起部分割去。
Cold welding method:
Yuvis polymer industrial coil can be welded with joint filler, also known as cold welding
(two-component)
① Slotting: It can be done manually or mechanically, and the welding groove can be
opened 2-3 millimeters wide with the seam as the center.
② Paste decorative paper along both sides of the groove.
③ Mix and blend the grout of groups A and B in proportion and stir evenly.
④ Pour it into a dedicated rubber bucket and use a silicone gun to inject the sealant into
the groove.
⑤ Use a specialized filler knife to hang the flat seam, wait for the filler to solidify, and then
peel off the decorative paper on both sides.
Hot welding method:
① Manual welding guns or automatic welding equipment can be used for welding seams.
② The humidity of the welding gun should be set at around 350 degrees.
③ Squeeze the welding rod into the pre made groove at a uniform speed with an
appropriate welding speed (ensuring melting of the welding rod).
④ When the welding rod is semi cooled, use a welding rod leveler or a moon shaped cutter
to raise the welding rod above the floor level.
⑤ After the welding rod is completely cooled, use a welding rod leveler or a moon shaped
cutter to cut off the remaining protruding part of the welding rod.

6 ①使用中避免尖锐物划伤地坪。
②及时清理硬砂粒等容易损伤地坪的杂物。
③避免直接在地坪上进行其他施工作业。
④避免在地坪上直接拖拉设备、木托盘等物资。
