专⻔为缝制裤攀开发的新机头最⾼缝纫速度为2700rpm,并配备了直驱系统,提⾼了起缝的性能并缩短了缝制
时间。裤攀的送料装置现在提供半待机的能⼒以等待后续送料的裤攀,加快了裤攀送料动作缩短了裤攀送料所
需的时间,从⽽同⽐普通单针钉裤襻提⾼加⼯效率3-5倍!
由于改进了裤攀送料动作和连续送料,机器停机时间⼤⼤减少。
裤攀由传统的⻮轮滚动送布机构输送,并通过在夹具上的新式收料机构完成收料。在这两个机构的⽀持下,折叠
叉每次都能抓取“卷曲的”或“褶皱的”裤攀,并送⾄机头。此外,夹具上的传感器可检测出裤攀是否存在。如果它
检测到裤攀送料有误,夹具会⾃动重复的送料动作。由于操作⼯不必操作复位开关,减少了时间损失。

本机可快速、可靠的处理接缝
⽽不造成⽣产周期延误。
当更换库攀时,电位器通过识别库攀厚度的变化,轻易地
识别接缝,并通过机器的教学功能编⼊程序进⾏调整。
本机可提前发现裤攀带的每个接缝并⾼效处理。这意味
着,即使当机器在进⾏接缝处理流程时,裤攀送料装置仍
可完成其送料动作,并在机器开始缝制前供应好下⼀个裤
攀。其结果是,操作⼯可以有节奏⽽⾼效的进⾏缝制⼯作
⽽不会在⽣产周期中有延迟。通过检测材料厚度的变化,
该机型的电位器可发现裤攀处的接缝并完美的处置。
新开发的机器头配有⼀个计算机控制XY轴的供给系统,
使得针数和套结尺⼨可以通过编程控制。
缝制裤攀的针数可以在28,36和42针之间切换,套结的尺⼨可以通过操作⾯板轻易改变。更进⼀步,⽤⼾可以通
过使⽤专⻔为程控缝纫机开发PM-1编程软件,来创建缝纫花样。
简单调整本机就可轻松的在横切和直切模式间转换。
横切机构的适⽤宽度增加了。在这种模式下,⽆论横切机构或直切机构都可以切割⾄20mm的宽度。

最新的电动滑动机构可在更换梭芯或维护附近部件时电动滑移前旋梭,从⽽扩⼤了旋梭间的空间使操作更加
⽅便。此外,当改变针距时,可以通过操作⾯板把前旋梭精确定位⾄0.01mm的增量,从⽽使操作员可以很容易
地调整两个旋梭之间的距离。由于本机在调整针距时不再需要调整勾线时相,针距调整⽐以往都更简单。
为了实现计算机控制裤攀供应的性能,
本机采⽤伺服电机驱动的裤攀送料装置,将裤攀送到缝纫的位置(即压脚下)。
裤攀的送料位置被⾃动调整到裤攀的缝制宽度。有了这个功能,裤攀的缝制宽度可以很容易地改变⽽⽆需⼿
⼯调整。此外,当裤攀送料到压脚下,可以通过控制⾯板的简单操作实现横向位置的移动补偿。

Saves time and labor
The newly developed machine head, specifically designed for belt-loop sewing, features a maximum sewing speed of 睡,睦睟睟 rpm
and is equipped with a direct-drive system, which improves starting performance and reduces sewing cycle time. The belt-loop
feeding device now offers a semi-standby function to hold the next loop ready for feeding, thereby speeding up the feeding action
and shortening the feeding time. As a result, it delivers 睢 to 睤 times higher processing efficiency compared to conventional singleneedle belt-loop attaching machines.
With improved belt-loop feeding motion and continuous feeding, machine downtime
has been significantly minimized.
In addition, a sensor on the clamp detects the presence of the belt loop. If a feeding error is detected, the clamp will automatically repeat
the feeding action. Since the operator does not need to press a reset switch, time loss is reduced.
The belt loops are fed by a traditional gear-driven feeding mechanism and collected by a new type of collecting device on the
clamp. With the support of these two mechanisms, the folding fork is able to pick up even \"curled\" or \"wrinkled\" belt loops every
time and deliver them to the machine head.

cycle delays.
This machine can detect each seam on the belt loop in advance
and process them efficiently. This means that even while the
machine is processing a seam, the belt-loop feeding device can still
complete its feeding action and supply the next belt loop before
sewing begins. As a result, the operator can work rhythmically and
efficiently without delays in the production cycle.
By detecting variations in material thickness, the potentiometer on
this model identifies the seams on the belt loop and handles them
perfectly. When changing to a different belt loop, the
potentiometer easily recognizes the seams by identifying changes
in loop thickness, and adjustments can be programmed via the
machine's teaching function.
The newly developed machine head is equipped with a computer-controlled XY
feeding system, allowing stitch count and bartacking size to be programmed.
Furthermore, users can create sewing patterns by using the PM-睠 programming software, which is specially developed for
programmable sewing machines.
The stitch count for sewing belt loops can be switched among 睡睧, 睢睥, and 督睡 stitches, and the bartacking size can be easily
changed via the operation panel.
By simple adjustment, this machine can be easily switched between cross-cutting
and straight-cutting modes.
The working width of the cross-cutting mechanism has been expanded. In this mode, either the crosscuttingorstraight-cuttingmechanismiscapableofcuttingwidthsupto20mm.

The belt loop can be moved laterally. The presser foot lift is as high as 21 mm to ensure excellent operability.
Stepperpositioning
One-touch bobbin change mode: rotary hook opens fully for
easy, no-touch operation.
The machine is equipped with a rotary hook 1.8 times the size
of the standard model. This larger hook improves efficiency by
reducing the frequency of bobbin changes.
This machine offers improved operability, productivity, and maintainability.
The machine is equipped with an electric sliding mechanism at the front rotary hook,
located on the operator's side.
The latest electric sliding mechanism allows the front rotary hook to be electrically shifted when changing the bobbin or maintaining
nearby components, thereby expanding the space between the rotary hooks for greater convenience. In addition, when changing the
stitch length, the front rotary hook can be precisely positioned in 睟.睟睠 mm increments via the operation panel, making it easy for the
operator to adjust the distance between the two rotary hooks.
Since this machine no longer requires adjustment of the hook timing when changing the stitch length, stitch adjustment is simpler than
ever before.
In order to realize computer-controlled belt-loop supply, this machine is equipped
with a servo motor-driven feeding device that positions the belt loop precisely at
the sewing position (beneath the presser foot).
