Process advantages
The outburst risk can be quickly eliminated by unloading drainage; the tunneling speed of through-bed borehole
shield rock roadway is increased from 100m/month to 200m/month, and the pre-drainage speed of bedding strip
is increased from less than 50m/month to 100m/month.

The equipment can enlarge the borehole diameter to 500~1,200mm, which can increase the permeability by 2~3
orders of magnitude, reduce the quantity of gas drainage drilling by 70%~80% under ideal conditions, increase
the concentration by more than 70%, increase the gas drainage volume by more than 7 times, shorten the time
for meeting the drainage standard by about 3 times, and reduce the cost of gas treatment per ton of coal by
about 50%-60%.

The self-developed pressure relief device for water jet caving in coal seam (variable diameter caving integrated equipment) can
realize gas release, reduce ground stress, improve coal seam permeability, meet drainage standards, effectively prevent coal and
gas outbursts, mitigate workers' labor intensity and improve the working environment through downhole drilling and caving in

1. Reasonable layout and compact structure, with a drilling rig width of about 1m.

In the working state of belt conveyor roadway (borehole on the belt side), drilling at any angle in the
range of -20°~90° can be realized.
When the main machine is in a belt-free end-located drainage roadway, if the main machine is not moved,
it can complete any hole arrangement within -20°~0° on the left and right sides of the roadway through the
large disk rotation and pitch angle adjustment functions. It only takes 1 minute to open a new hole.

3. Strong functionality: It adopts a rotating large disk structure, which can realize ±180° azimuth angle adjustment and -

4. The column vertically supports the roof plate and the hydraulic outrigger vertically supports the base plate for drilling

Main Technical Parameters

It is mainly used in coal and rock places with gas prevention and control, water exploration and drainage and drilling

1. The width of the whole machine is 1,100mm, and the crawler travels hydraulically, which can adapt to multi-purpose drilling
construction in narrow roadways;
2. The front outrigger is not directly involved in the ground supporting, and transmits stress through the connecting rod
structure;
3. The length of guide rail is 2.15m, and a 1m drill pipe can be installed between the chuck and the gripper. The machine is
equipped with a common rod, so there is no need to remove the ventilation water connector during drilling;
4. The equipment guide rail is equipped with an angle meter, which can visually observe the drilling angle of the equipment in
real time and visualized manners;
5. The equipment has a large disk slewing device, which can adjust the horizontal swing angle of the guide rail by ±180°. The
pitch angle of the guide rail can meet the construction requirements of 360°, and the lifting stroke of the drilling mechanism
is600mm, which can meet the requirements of horizontal opening within the height range of 1,150mm-1,750mm;
6. The front end of the guide rail is equipped with a hole sealing device, which is pushed by hydraulic power to realize rapid hole
sealing;
7. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig is equipped with a self-sealing filter to facilitate downhole replacement of filter
elements and extend the service life of hydraulic oil and hydraulic actuators.
8. The whole machine is subject to full hydraulic operated. During drilling, the power chuck and front gripper can be operated in
linkage or individually.
