双转子流量计

Rotor flow meter is a new type of volumetric flow meter with unique design and precision machined assembly. A pair of

helical rotors is the moving body inside the metering chamber that divides, measures, transports and drains the measured

liquid. This model of flow meter is constructed with additional positioning gears so that the two rotors do not come into

contact with each other during rotation. The flow meter works smoothly, low noise, less wear and tear, high accuracy, viscosity

adaptability, can allow the fine particles in the measured liquid through, so it is not easy to jam the meter. The flow meter is

chemically nickel-plated and therefore corrosion- and wear-resistant, and the measurement of the fluid flow is done in the

metering chamber. A pair of spiral rotors rotates under the pressure of the liquid, and the enclosed space formed between

the rotors and the walls of the metering chamber (shaded portion of the figure) discharges eight times the shaded volume

with each rotation. Therefore, based on this relationship, the accumulated flow rate can be calculated by measuring the

number of rotor revolutions, and the instantaneous flow rate can be measured based on the number of revolutions per

second.
